A federal magistrate judge released Lena Lunsford Monday until a final hearing can be held on allegations that she violated her probation.

So we don't know how far along she is right?
But we are guessing she isn't very far along since that article said "recently became pregnant."
So they have plenty of time to come up with a plan to remove this child. No excuses.

Today in upstate NY I saw a child in the back of someone's vehicle in the local Walmart parking lot who I thought looked like Aliayah. I ended up doing a double take and checking her out while putting my cart back in the cart return. She looked to be about 5. I wish it had been her.

Probation officials are recommending a judge revoke probation for the mother of a missing West Virginia girl after she allegedly violated the terms of her release for the second time in two weeks.

U.S. District Judge John Preston Bailey scheduled a revocation hearing for July 8 in Wheeling.

That's what I think too. Maybe if enough pressure is applied, the truth will ooze out of her?

I'm sure she will tell the court, the relationship with her new ex-con baby daddy, is true love, and she just can't stay away. Clearly, Lena has zero respect for the law and or consequences for her actions.

I wish a reporter would ask her PO about terminating parental rights to that precious life she carries. I need to know that child will not be subject to Lena's parenting once it is born.
