Food stamp fraud is a huge problem, IMOO, because it is not the recipients money! How many of us know people that are second or third generations of welfare recipients? I am careful what I buy, because, like the majority, I have earned myself what I do have. What LL did by selling her childrens food stamps while pregnant w twins was beyond selfish! Man o day. Just makes me sick.

Ohh I agree! It makes me sick also. I am a member of the honor society at school, and one day a week we make lunch for the students at our college! Most of these people would go hungry if it wasn't for our lunches. And to sit here and think that she would take away from the little ones so they could have makes me SO angry. The economy is so bad here-that I know MANY people on food stampsl. Its not a sin to get them, but what he have all learned today-it is a big federal crime to sell them . I bet there will be more charges for LL. And for RL.

Oh I wish my daughter was on WS! I 'allowed' her to spend a memorable weekend in the Knox County jail during college when she was caught for underage drinking. Let's just say that the whole experience made a POWERFUL impression on her, and she is now a mature, responsible college graduate with a good career and life.

She had zero commissary $$ that weekend - and has not eaten a bologna sandwich or drank Kool-Aid since!!

What a mean, mean Mom you are!! Just kidding! We need so MANY more Mom's like you in this world. It's hard for me to believe how many little ones have "vanished" and have been taken from CPS just this month, because their parents just don't care.

Aliayah is such a beautiful little girl, I pray that she wasn't sold to some perv.

Most likely she has been selling her SNAP benefits all along. The thing I think they may be after is if convicted of $500 in trafficking, she loses her food stamp benefit permanently.

The price of drugs I can give a little info (from the ex and a little research) depends on the dosage, pain pills start at $10 or more each for the 10 mg tablets of the codeine-acetaminophen combos like Lortab, Vicodin. Crack sells for about $30 a rock - hits the system and gets high faster than cocaine, but comes down quicker, so even though the drug is cheaper, ends up costing more to maintain a high.

After my posts were deleted there, she started acting as tho she were in the hot seat... saying she is doing anything and everything, when before she could hardly remember Aliayah's name.

I very strongly believe those relatives know something. It's a family affair. IMO

Aliayah looks malnourished in all the pics I've seen of her. IMO

NOPE..Never heard a darn thing from her or ANY of the family trying to really help. All this should have been done day after precious Aliayah went missing but oh yeah, I forgot.. there was a "gag" order.
That story about the gag order makes ME want to gag...
I think the whole family knows what happened OR they're all just so mixed up in each others life of crime that NO one will rat out the other.. ever .. for fear of repercussion.

Lynn, FB violations? Who? What? I don't usually frequent forums (except now I am hooked here, THANKS!), so I haven't checked anything on FB except my own wall/friends. And they still think I'm Donna? Lunsford Indicted for Federal Fraud Charges


Authorities said Lena Lunsford sold her Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program card for $50 cash on four separate occasions between Sept. 9 and Oct. 11 at stores including Walmart and Shop 'n Save.

Aliayah has been missing since Sept. 24.

I wonder how much she sold her daughter for? Yes, I am convinced that this is what happened to Aliayah. She sold or "traded" her for drugs, money, or to "pay" a debt. There is no doubt in my mind, that this <modsnip>sold her.

This has been my theory from day1. This family has been covering up for each other for a VERY LONG time. My bet is on the one thats in jail. I believe that he will talk and offer up RL in this mess. I just won't let my mind go to what REALLY has happened to little Aliayah.
