Jumping off your post CJMG :seeya:
If the family cannot speak about details that are relevant to Aliayah's disappearance or other personal details about her that would only be known by close relatives, why have a Facebook Q&A? Didn't they make themselves "fair game" as another poster put it? I realize social media sites like FB can be helpful in getting the word out there in missing children cases. But I don't believe it should be a replacement for print or tv news media.
The criticism of them was somewhat warranted, IMO. Right after someone started asking relevant questions the whole thing blew up. I asked three relevant, slow pitch questions. My questions and those of a few others were never answered because the "family" was too busy investigating someone they viewed as a "problem poster" and responding to her and each other.
A couple of their answers varied according to who was answering and the explanation given regarding photo's of Aliayah, defied all logic. I could go on but I'll hold my tongue as it really serves no purpose.
I guess you had to be there in real time, to completely understand.
I'm patiently waiting for the PC Killeen promised this week. Even if we don't learn anything new or substantial, I'm confident LE is making progress.
BBM...is there a press conference this week or is the family the only ones saying that?
