I just noticed this article has the same picture of the Honecker's taking a walk with little Roberto but here it's said it was taken 1977.
I think he looks a bit older than a three year old in that picture.
I remember reading somewhereelse this picture was taken 1980.

I don't know the discrepancies with dates are driving me crazy in this case.
So really Sonia had 3 children,Roberto supposebly born 1974,Marianne born 1987 (?) and died 1989 and Vivian born 1988

hello,thank you, yes, I´ve already seen that photo, all these photos were never published before
, they found them after Honeckers escape, so I do not really know when they have been taken
Dirk was born in june 1975

Ah, so I mis-remembered his birth year. The 1977 date of the photo (in Wiki) could be correct.

Bottom line: do you think/feel that is Dirk in that photo?

Cazzie, I know this date is questionable. Dirk was born June 13, 1975 and I agree, this little boy in the photo above looks more like 4 or 5 years old, rather tall looking if I may add.

well I do guess it was the 70´s, so a bit hippy looks!
Updates on my FB page:

I will write to Roberto again, his life won´t change and I hope so much he also needs to know the thruth.I don´t either want to hurt his feelings, he has self a child and would miss and search for his child as well.

Cazzie,sidekick, I´m not sure this is Dirk in the photo, there ´s a posibbility might be Dirk, so I´ve to go every way!

Dirk looks tallish in this photo and to me....... resembles the photo of himself with the H's walking along with the heart patches! I can't get over the resemblance despite the year dated on the photo. Roberto is tall no doubt, was your husband tall as well? what about your daughter? Is she tall?
