Bad reporting more than likely. Those guys are notorious for it. They probably used the wrong picture.

me too : ( . purely speculation, but if the rumors that were floating around earlier were true, it could explain why they are back out there, where the bike was originally dumped.

ok this is where i get weirded out about brettlys bike again. it WAS only a matter of hours between when it was stolen and when it was found shoved in some bushes (that is of course if it was stolen the day bike lafayette reported it missing which was May 9th). i have the link to the facebook...

please please if this is true call it into the tipline. if it is the same guy, maybe she can give a description to LE. super duper important that you let someone know! edit to add : dont wait on your friend to call it in! call LE and tell them who your friend is! a clue this big (once again if...

i cant see anything : ( im trying to see what they see, but just cant for some reason? i know youre saying its in the shadows with no lights on, but is there anyways someone can draw an outline around this vehicle so i can see it? i mean i saw the black triangle someone else put around where i...

i think i read that they found it within a strange amount of time, like maybe a couple of hours, abandoned in some bushes by a church maybe? ill have to see where i read that, but just those circumstances sounded strange to me. edit to add, another poster just answered that it was found within...

that would also explain why the bike was tossed aside. why steal a bike to toss it away a few blocks down the road? unless it was stolen by an unruly kid, or someone stealing it out of spite.

what about the gas compartment cover? its clearly visible in the first picture, but not the second. not saying its not the same truck, just trying to figure out why i cant see it.

ive read every page, that may be why everything is beginning to jumble together lol. to my untrained eye, the two trucks in front of the gas station are the same truck. the other truck doesnt look like the same truck to me, since i cant see the dark gas compartment cover.

this is so incredibly frustrating. my husband doesnt understand why im devoting so much time to this, and i really dont either. but i feel like the clues have to be there. its just so weird to not have any evidence at the scene. i really dont think she would have left her route to get into a...

thats the only reason im not sure if i think it was an accident. if i were to accidentally run someone over, i know i wouldnt be able to function quickly enough to load bike, rider, and hide any evidence without being seen. unless it was just extreme luck on the part of the hit and runner. to me...

once again, from "experience" i must disagree. there were many times when i wasnt carrying that i had my pipe on me. (this was long ago ; P )and i especially had it if we were on the way to pick something up. im not saying for certain mickey was looking for it, i just wondered earlier if the...

not sure if im following what youre saying......but theres not a single gas station anywhere near me that lets you fill up your car first around here. especially at night. its prepay the pump EVERYWHERE here (about 3 hours north of Lafayette). although it may admittedly be different there. its...

i have to respectfully disagree, as i have once been a college student, not too terribly long ago. as were many of my friends. although terribly terribly foolish, i know quite a few young college girls that went to dangerous parts of town in pursuit of recreational drugs.
