Agreed. I'm assuming that LE would have asked to search the home in the immediate days after Kyron vanished if for anything but to gather dna...and that the family agreed, that is why a search warrant hasn't been mentioned...if this is the case...still searching for that info! MOO (as always)

Same here...has that fact been established does anyone know for a fact if his home was searched? (bear w/me trying to catch up on all the threads and the press conference all at once) Praying Praying Praying that Kyron is found soon!! Heart is with his family.

Bumping up and catching up after being out of town. Although...there has not been much news and thank goodness Kayleah was not pregnant. Had a hard time believing that anyway. Ditto...the wait is the hardest...knowing possibly someone is out there that could possibly do this to another child.

Yes they are! Just following the open ditch backwards to the west, there are so many easily access points to the canal.

Looking at Bing.com birds eye view. Not sure if this is it...but according to the Greeley Trib..the irrigation ditch runs open until 47th, it looks like there is ditch that enters the ground on the west side of 47th just north of Tuscany, next to the farm house. Not sure if this is it though...

The only thing I can tell from the initial pictures of LE at the scene...it looks like she went through the gate and was at the bottom of the irrigation ditch, where it drops. The gate is at the top. It looked like they were looking down. Not sure though.....going to go back and look at the...

Whoops posted the same quesion! Yes, I am wondering the same thing. I don't see a grate on the pipe portion and the gate at the top of the ditch east had to have been open as she was found at the bottom.
