Wow, leaving her house key on the porch suggests that she wasn't planning to EVER come back and also served as a signal to her family that she is gone for good.
This so sad. Her parents are devastated. I don't know what to think but if she left voluntarily I hope she knows that her parents said "no questions asked, we just want her home". Many kids would give anything for that kind of parental love. I sure hope that she is okay.
My hubby would have had to tie me up and gag me to get out of the house for that kind of outing with one of my babies. Two year olds get away from you as fast as lightning, even in a grocery store. They are impulsive and top heavy. Very dangerous in a boat on a lake with lots of underwater...
Are some people born this way? By that I mean do some people have brains that are wired wrong or have some kind of chemical inbalance? Or did some type of childhood trauma cause this?
Oh yes, I agree. Every time I see that avatar or even a post from Skibaboo I know that it will be thoughtful, helpful, and kind hearted. I would love to meet you but there is that big pond in the way!!
I finally watched the bridge walk video. Nothing could make me cross that bridge, no way!
I'm still laughing at the Fisherman's Wharf comment only because I know that would be me if I tried it.
Gary Ridgway,The Green River Killer, started killing in 1982 and was not arrested until 2001. In the meantime, he killed between 49 - over 70 women. He was a married father and a homeowner with a steady job definitely hiding in plain sight. I hope that this never happens again.
I think that I would let LE search my home and property and let them question me as I have nothing to hide. Then I remember Richard Jewell and change my mind.
