Welcome to websleuths Jos12 I think that's just the way Canadian LE/courts operate. Always keep any information that will help with a conviction, close to the vest. I will say, I think Sonia was more than likely killed in the townhouse but I've always wondered about the relocation of the body...

My opinion is that MM likely told a fellow jail inmate that he was the perpetrator and that inmate ratted him out (as stated a couple of weeks ago by WS'er brian#####)

Yes, it's the same guy that a local WS'er (can't recall his screen name as he had all his posts wiped out by mods) kept stating "you'll see" when other posters questioned him about the "inside info" he had that McLellan was the culprit.

I hear you. Who knows what LE sees as evidence. I'm amazed that LE doesn't deem bullets, bullet casings, blood....and possible footprints as evidence.
