Common sense tells us that as the last person to see her alive, he would WANT to talk to police. He would want to vindicate himself and help find her. Get a lawyer and talk to police. Come on!
I was thinking more of Morgan, as they could connect or vindicate him via his dna. If there are reasons that we don't know that could connect him to Morgan coupled with this potential crime, I would say yes.

Based on the fact that he was the last person seen with her. Maybe more, we don't know everything. I assume if there is a possibility that he is involved in Morgan's disappearance, this would be something that they would pursue.
But we don't know the age. The witness said 32. That is his guess. Also, looking at freeze frame images of the DG, I don't think he looks particularly overweight. 250lbs is pretty heavy.
