There is evidence of a crime in Morgan's case. I keep saying this. He can easily be connected to her case, or cleared of suspicion through DNA.

We don't know if he was a cab diver.

I was thinking of Morgan. If he was driving a cab when she vanished, I wonder if there are any other Morgan connections?

Common sense tells us that as the last person to see her alive, he would WANT to talk to police. He would want to vindicate himself and help find her. Get a lawyer and talk to police. Come on!

I was thinking more of Morgan, as they could connect or vindicate him via his dna. If there are reasons that we don't know that could connect him to Morgan coupled with this potential crime, I would say yes. Referencing the above post about warrant for DNA.

Based on the fact that he was the last person seen with her. Maybe more, we don't know everything. I assume if there is a possibility that he is involved in Morgan's disappearance, this would be something that they would pursue.

They can get a court order for his DNA.

    Yes, you're right. I didn't hear that.

But we don't know the age. The witness said 32. That is his guess. Also, looking at freeze frame images of the DG, I don't think he looks particularly overweight. 250lbs is pretty heavy.

I grew up in Baltimore too. Must be why I always agree with your take on things. :)

No, he can be arrested for something else if they see something in plain view.

Agreed. I thought drugs too and that she knew him. Not that she was necessarily using drugs, however.

Exactly. People are attacked for expressing an opinion. We are all speculating.

Could be. To me, it looks as if they are having a conversation. Obviously, it's hard to tell, just my impression.
