The one thing that I have not seen an answer to was why was the trailer left overnight at th "secure facility" of the towing company, yet the Yukon was parked underground, a police headquarters. Why wasn't the trailer left at police headquarters parking garage as well? After all I am sure the...

I'm just guessing here but I think if the officer in Florida is really that sick, too I'll to testify, he wouldn't be in Florida, he would be back in Ontario where his medical expenses would be covered

If blood poured out of the seat be holes that easily that is a very poorly designed truck. If blood could pour out carbon monoxide could get in. That is why you can't get a car safety with hole in th floor due to rust. Is it possible that they kicked Bosma out of the truck alive while trying to...

I doubt that. Even though they are separate crimes the sentences will be served concurrent not consecutively. The only way to look them up for longer if they are found guilty is to apply for a dangerous offender status

Unfortunately, in Canada that will amount to 25 years max. Take of mandatory parole, and that will be 15, take of pre-trial custody, and these guys could be out in 12 years

All those timeliness about communications only to find out there were a whole bunch more that were not included? That just seems wrong for any case. Let all the information out and let the jury decipher. There is a chance something left out could be irrelevant to one person but relevant to another.

    Bosma Murder Trial 02.11.16 - Day 8

I wonder if the unidentified recipients of.the early morning texts are to the "Colombian contractors" telling them also not to come in, or if not to them does that possibly mean that they were allowed in that day? We need to hear from them !

    Bosma Murder Trial 02.10.16 - Day 7

Ultimately it is the tow truck driver who has to take responsibility for the load. If something would have flown out the back, causing an accident with injuries, you can bet he would have been sued and charged with hauling an unsafe load. It doesn't matter if someone told him not to touch it he...

No mention yet of any of MS fingerprints found on the truck. I wonder if they found some and if so why not introduce this evidence at the same time?

I don't think it matters if you are right or left handed, what matters is the way the door swings. Opening with right hand would be awkward, forcing you to walk back from the door while pulling it open. If it has a lift handle you could use either hand to unlatched the door but still best to...

I think DM is going to use the "Pulp Fiction" defense and say they were only planning on stealing the truck, they pointed a gun at TM, hit a bump in the road and the gun accidentally went off, just like in the movie Pulp Fiction

With regards to the testimony that TB's truck made a sharp sudden turn at the end of the driveway, could it's simply be that the person driving, not being familiar with the area, wasnt sure if they should turn left or right, getting to the end of the driveway and then either themselves or one of...

A "felony" is an American crime. No such terminology in Canadian law.

I wonder if police took tire impressions that can prove TB's truck and vehicle belonging to accused were on that property.

When was it stated that Jennings was not a paid employee? Just because it was co-op doesn't mean he wasn't paid. Also the co-op placement to me seems questionable itself. Jennings stated he was taking Supply Chain Management at Trios. I highly doubt that working as a labourer would count as a...

I have been reading here for a while but just registered in order to make a correction here. "The comeback" game was not May 6th as stated here but actually a week later on May 13th.
