I don't see any questions about the previous trial put to her. She sounds wishy washy about the death penalty in her answers.
Anyway, I had two bowls of ice cream for breakfast. How's everybody else doing?
That's why the one juror, I think it was #4 a guy, said he was angry with her because all the others had set aside their religious beliefs to base their vote on the evidence. She brought it up in regards to death=revenge.
I think that's why the reporter asked her husband if it was due to...
Oh and did anyone see CMJA's smirk from behind her "papers" as she walked down the hall with CMJA?
And here the *&%$ that shouted out to the Alexander family while they were in bits?
Some people's children, I'm telling you.
One thing I didn't read on these tweets but I heard in the jury interview a couple of hours ago is that the anti-DP juror said it was against her religion and asked the other jurors to look at what their religions said. A juror said she thought it was terrible that she tried to bring religion...
I can see that, however she had from the text on the 26th May (that's when he called her all the names, right?) until just before she killed him to change her mind. That's not snapping IMO. The *advertiser censored* didn't bother me, plus there was no child *advertiser censored* which is what the DT said. The emails didn't...
Does anybody know the user name of the poster that does a break down of how many hours of testimony there's been and where I can find it?
Thank you. :)
Good morning and afternoon!
It's lovely and sunny here, hopefully that's a sign.
Dmacky, I found that quote while going through the old threads of the start of the retrial. Perfect example of Wilmott's questioning style. My other favourite of hers was when she leapt up for an objection then...
You know, I've been thinking about this. They didn't know the Arias family was there, maybe they asked to be taken out the other way because the Alexander family were sitting there the previous days. :/
This is what gets me when people say that the smirk will be wiped off CMJA's face once she goes to prison. She's been in jail for nearly seven years now (two in solitary) and she's still smirking away.
