AND.......when ALV asked "Have you seen When Harry Met Sally?" Martinez should have said "Judge, will you please inform the witness that The Prosecutor asks the questions, not the witness." I'm surprised the ALV fans didn't LOL at that one too.

And ALV can't even CONCEIVE the thought that maybe Jodi was trying to appear "normal" as part of her alibi because she knew she murdered Travis in cold blood. That same cold blood is what let her go make out with the next guy within hours.

I still lol when they show clips of that ridiculous oh-poor-me expression she had plastered on during her direct exam talking about how horribly Travis treated her. Yeah. Riiiiiiight. A good actress she is not.

OMG. Just imagine how much further along we would be if ALV would just answer questions with the requested yes or no. We'd probably be through juror questions by now, not still in cross. I guess it's too much to ask for the Judge to tell her that before she answers every single question.
