She was/is a celebrity and if one has the money why not? I think it makes sense to have your own nurse - but that's just my opinion. Someone smarter might have a better answer! :) I don't recall if she or JD were asked during trial.

You never really know what people think. Jury's have surprised us before so I'm not very confident that the jury here will vote team JD. For me it's clear who the criminal is, but I have done research etc, something the jury was not allowed to do. MOO

EB is causing me stress! The only reason she is talking about damages now is because she was objected to. Sheeeeesh. That's all EB was supposed to do, is address the counterclaim and supposed damages that AH has suffered.

EB just keeps talking like she's AH herself, doesn't seem professional and she's bringing in stuff that she's not supposed to. EB has not been addressing the counterclaim at all. Like what does make up have to do with the counterclaim?

I think CV just can't believe how terribly bizarre this closing is. It's just shockingly bad imo.

This is unbelievable I'm laughing... the makeup is brought up. EB is telling the jury what is really happening and why they don't see mascara because apparently the jury can't see! AH must be an apparition.
