It’s possible that he offered to take her to visit her grandma (surprise) and something happened in Idaho on the way. There want necessarily a body in the truck for an entire trip.
I can’t help but wonder how she might’ve felt after leaving her job, family, friends and life in general to pick up and move hundreds of miles to be closer to the man she fell in love with, and he didn’t do anything to be closer to her. She got a job, a house, a baby...and he didn’t move in...
If they found a body, the ME would’ve been called.
If he drove to Idaho, he would’ve had to stop for gas, possibly twice. Unless he took it with him ala Jodi Arias. But there is a possibility of cameras and credit card receipts at gas stations along the way.
That they needed a warrant to search seems to indicate that he declined to let them search without a warrant...AND that there must be probable cause, which I’m wondering is a result from something found on his phone?

Why would he have to pee? That’s why he left his seat at the stadium in the first place...and it was 45 minutes before he even walked out of the stadium.
I remember when a young guy went missing from a bar in Boston and they got videos from store cctvs that showed him walking to the wharf where he had fallen in and drowned. Hopefully there are some cctvs along this route that might be helpful in figuring out what happened.

So if he went to the restroom and the game was over in just a few minutes, wouldn’t she have gotten up to head to the car. Or was she waiting for him to come back to the seat? I’d like to see video of her leaving the stadium.
So the girlfriend and kids came with him from Spokane? I can’t imagine catching a bus in an unfamiliar place, after dark, with two young kids. How close is their hotel? We’re they back at the hotel when the video call came?
I can see why he would dump the car since everyone was looking for it...but to try to walk around controlling an unwilling 13-year old would be nearly impossible, I would think he has her captive in a house/trailer/shack or even the woods - somewhere nearby. Or he’s stolen another car. I just...
