I don't think it's ever been verified that the clothes on the couch were: a. Dylan's b. From that visit. I believe it's just what MR led the interviewer to believe. And that could very well be true, but we don't know that at this time. (that I'm aware of)

I'm sorry to bother you, but do you happen to know when these things took place? (it's ok if you don't, it's just hard to keep track of everything here.)

It's not impossible at all. Sometimes everything just aligns just right. (or wrong, I guess) I just hope *whoever it is* who is responsible comes forward and gets it off their conscience. (whatever "it" is)

I get what you're saying. I just think he didn't visit his dad enough to have a normal routine.

No need to apologize at all. I am just frustrated with the lack of information. :seeya:

It can be...as long as it causes the other person to fear for their bodily health. But there were also child abuse charges, assault charges, trespassing charges. Every charge has very specific elements it needs to meet before it can be brought. This was not your typical neighborhood "stay off my...

That was as I remembered it as well. She wasn't ordered not to drive the kids at all, as referenced in the post you answered. She was ordered not to drink and drive the kids.

I'm sorry to say I think they are stumped. If someone grabbed Dylan, they could have driven far away by now. If his father had a hand in whatever happened, he had a lot of time to prepare himself and his story, and remove anything incriminating.

Casey Anthony was found not guilty. Family court ordered Susan Powell's parents to let her husband (who was suspected of disappearing her) have visitation with their boys. Courts do not always get things right.

I tried to quote flutterflies post that states that we do not know that MR was the last person to see Dylan, but clicking on it just took me to the top of the page. MR stated himself (I believe in the uncut video) that he was the last person to see Dylan.

Ok, but you said (referring to the fornication on the front lawn and the fight) "10 years ago when DR was three. I don't think so. Do you have a link? And all this is what people are basing MR killing his child are based on. Really? ty" That is what I was responding to. I was just pointing...

I'm not an attorney, but I did take (and pass) a two year bar approved paralegal course. I feel very comfortable saying an attorney would tell you it could mean a thousand different things for a thousand different situations. Many times 50/50 *is* actually 50/50 during the first years of the...

Disrespectful is putting your privates inside anothers on your ex's front lawn. Under her window. Where her children can see. And then swinging at your ex. He doesn't get a pass because he was too drunk to connect.

I have been reading, reading, reading, and have found nothing to suggest this. If you have found something, please share with the rest of the class. Otherwise, it's just cruel speculation.

When their father is drunk and fornicating on the lawn in front of their mom's window, the kids, the neighbors, God and everybody. It seems a reasonable response to me. Especially if you're a teenager. (or younger)
