watched the interview this morning while preparing for work. i was completely disappointed. seemed like it was a 5 minute teaser piece. i expected the entire show to be devoted to this interview. i didn't get the answers i wanted, and he didn't ask the questions i wanted asked. hopefully...
This is news to me. Thanks for pointing this out. As many times as I have read the law, I've never seen mention of age.

Yea. Never ever ever talk to the cops. Never agree to a search. Keep your hands on the steering wheel if you get pulled over. Only remove your hands after the cop gives you permission. And even then say out loud to the cop, I'm reaching for my license and wait for the second verbal ok...
Again. I can't speak for Florida but here in Texas, any yes any Texas resident is allow to have a concealed weapon in their car. A car registered in their name. Unless you're a felon, in a gang, or breaking the law. The law does not state an age. No concealed license is required. In Texas...
All handguns must be concealed in Texas, no matter the age, unless on private property. Texas is not a open carry state. I'm saying it is legal for teens to own weapons in Texas. And it is legal to transport a concealed weapon in Texas. Concealed. My 17 year old daughter meets me at the...
I can't speak for Florida but no permit is required to own a hand gun or long gun in Texas. To purchase a long gun you must be 18. 21 for a handgun. But teens receive guns as bday gifts here. The permit is for conceal carry. Just owning a gun does not require a permit.

the guilty verdicts came because them. not jordan. i don't see this as progress. until the jury gets it right, it still seems that while its not ok to...
i just turned on hln. they just showed where dunn said, "i should kill that *advertiser censored*". it didn't have any context. i don't know if he was quoting someone or if those are his own words on the stand, but thats crazy. does anyone know if those are his words, or is he "quoting" the victim?
i wish there was something i could do. i wish i could have a talk w/ the jury, but it seems as though, like me, some have had their mind made up from the start, and are strong enough to stick w/ their original opinions. i wish i could go in that room and shake the ***** out of them and say...
