Yes and they are saying it. They're desperately hoping for some tangible proof that anyone else could have done it; for some reason they think it's better to point a finger at a specific someone. I suppose that's because Caylee was only 2 and KC had sole custody. No one else could have gained...
Yup; or on one of those checks she signed with Amy's name the id on the back starts with a "Z" ;)
ETA: And also so that she can use a public defender after the murder trial. No need in a "High Profile" attorney like Baez wasting his time with such a charge. <no I didn't type that with a...
BBM -- or... I wonder if there are still some of those cookies in the kitchen? Or maybe a commercial with a "really cute boy" came on the tv...
All around excellent post, btw. :)
ZG was the murderer. KC has to explain why she doesn't have Caylee anymore. ZG starts out as the imaginanny; maybe morphed into a possible getaway id; but ended up the imagimurderer. IOW, she can remain clever KC, the grieving mother; tearfully accept fame, donations, book & movie deals if ZG...
Click here for blog talk radio with Cobra, TJHart, LP and others. FWIW, they have an interesting theory regarding Misty and I'm wondering if it's backed up astrologically at all? TIA
You're probably correct that the info would have come out in discovery by now but it's also possible that it's still being investigated or being withheld under some other exception. I find the KC = ZFG thread to have some very compelling posts.
And thank you for yours. I guess the bottom line for me is that there was a 2nd bond company involved. The pictures got sold. Remember KC whining to her parents about 'an opportunity' that they 'didn't take advantage of' in order to get the money to bond her out? At worst, imo, TP/LP got her...
Neither -- You're a very sharp, witty and very, very welcome addition to this forum.
If she didn't go every time, then someone else on the security detail did, you can bet on that. Well, I will bet on that. :) They didn't want to let her out of their sight because they had $500k on the...
Speaking of that loaded gun JB keeps pointing toward his own feet... Wonder if he'll try to get the decision reconsidered citing his own intrinsic fraud as grounds? rofl
Stolen from the KC = ZFG thread for your perusal and comments:
I think this may be the reason the defense won't plea on the check fraud and are desperate to avoid trial prior to the murder case. IF KC = ZFG, and it's proven in the check fraud trial, it's as good as a confession; or maybe...
And may be the real reason the defense is so desperate to avoid this trial. Good thinking!
ETA: I am totally stealing your post and hiding my ill gotten gains in the check fraud thread. I think the folks in that thread will be just as interested.
My guess is they'll either follow up or they won't. They may follow up with JB, as I've suggested, because they feel an ethical obligation to do so and a personal preference to avoid this happening in the future. If they decide this is a moot issue and they're not going to follow up, then I...
And she might have gotten away with it too if it wasn't for those meddling kids... er... I mean prosecutors that made her come to every hearing so she can view her hero in all his lack of glory. That she chooses to continue to retain him as part of her defense team, much less lead counsel, is...
I think him approaching OCSO speaks volumes -- maybe a whole library full -- about what the evidence even way back then, a fraction of what we have now, indicated to him. And it wasn't that his client was going to be proved innocent.
PS: In the words of the Orbitz hover-craft guy, "I think we've all learned an important lesson today." If JB denies something, it likely happened. The thing he denies the most is his client's guilt. ;)
