That is probable. Whatever it is I think they are tying the two charges together by presenting both to the grand jury on 9/24.

This could be correct or it could be a reporter's confusion with names (happens all the time with facts in articles). If Trina is a Taylor she may have gone back to the Murphy name to keep that name forefront in the news since she appears to be the family's main spokesperson.

I haven't seen Trina referred to as Trina Taylor (have always seen her referred to as Trina Murphy) but you may be right. There is an Aunt Angela Taylor who has given interviews to the media with the disclaimer she is no relation to Randy Taylor.
