I honestly don't think the door was open for all the pics, I know some say that the visible water droplets between TA and the camera were on the camera lens(ie. 5:25:00), but if they were, they would have distorted all the following pics right up to the most obvious one at 5:29:20, but you can't...

Yet the evidence is that exif data is easily manipulated by any number of programs and even by simple transferring as pocketaccent proved, even back then. Also that there was no data found on the internal memory of the camera, not even the shower pics. All of the data was allegedly found on...

That's great and all except that wouldn't JA have used soap of some kind herself when showering herself off over him if only to try and remove any DNA evidence from her on him, or him on her? Just because he's not covered in suds during the minutes she had taken those pics doesn't mean he...

http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?307582-Sentencing-and-beyond-JA-General-Discussion-7&p=12759032#post12759032 pocketaccent's experiment just proved that changing the creation date is/was a piece of cake, plus there is also the whole question over the fact that when the memory...

I was more talking about the roommates and Shanna's account of their last interaction with TA, as for possibly still having stuff in his storage space/attic, does anyone know for sure that she didn't? She certainly seemed to have had the opportunity to have stashed stuff without TA even knowing...

I don't think she was worried about Mimi, she admitted in cross she had found out the end of May that Mimi was out of the picture, I think it was the new threat, Brooke, that had her in a tizzy.

It's the way Encase used to recover data from what I've read.... it will take the last active date and use it. So those pics could have been from June 2007 or April 2008 or any other date(yes a small window for them actually having happened that last day) at 1:44pm(or whatever they were) but...

BBM - K, I don't know if this will be allowed because of all the links, though tbh most of them don't go far because they're so old now, but this is where I had found the video way back when I first started sleuthing this case and why I believe it was JA that introduced it to TA's pc. Heck, for...

I was thinking more along the lines of what her, her bff(MM) and his roommate may have got up to the night before... ski masks(probably came across old ones from Big Sur while snooping thru his stuff), the repeated references to one wearing jeans, "white" Americans, two people(one female)...

BBM - I wonder where Naps was during and after everything, did she drug him, lock him in the closet/garage/car? Just it seems really odd that if anything had happened to TA before Zach had left that afternoon and Naps had the run of the house still at that point, that Naps hadn't been...

What stuck out for me in your posting of all her blather was: -------- "JA: One was black, I think they were both black or dark blue or something. It was…. Anyway, umm it wasn’t until I was in LA and Laura wasn’t getting back to me, and it was already like 9...

I recall JA boasting at some point that she'd forgotten about a domain she had, though for someone so broke that she was counting pennies to buy gas one wonders how she was able to afford any, let alone forget one.

BBM - I like this quote of hers which rather handily dispelled all her journal fantasies to the contrary: " It’s not like we were a married couple ever. We had a time when we did something and then after that it was …you know…we weren’t a couple, you know…"

Whatever happened to what many of us had thought may have been perjury charges against her, as being the real reason she didn't want to come back? As for the media thing... given what her main fan from the AZ online rag kept reporting as well as her multiple "interviews", I would think that the...

My mistake(see below for why**), I was thinking Havasupai Falls(with the Freeman's) was by Havasu... sorry. Anyway, I think the rest stands as a possible route, timewise it would only have taken her 4-4.5 hours to get to Kingman going through Havasu on 95(according to the map estimates), so max...

Havasu would be a great spot to dump the gun etc, she was familiar with the area having been there with TA, she'd been there "with" TA, and lastly as I had suggested, it may not have even been a conscious thought as she left Mesa that afternoon/evening...

BBM - I wonder how many years until they decided to perhaps do that though... gas attendants aren't known to stay at the same job for much longer than it takes to find something better as rule, at least where I live(poor pay for a pretty dangerous job, especially if you work the midnight shift).
