Wait, so the store owners have an attorney also and I saw him interviewed tonite. It was clear by this interview that whomever it is on the video stole the cigars. And this article says the store owner didn't report the theft? Wasn't it dispatched?

I hate to say that, but I believe too that someone has some form of photography (still or video) of this situation. But there's no way they will give it unless it shows 'hands up, don't shoot.'
Holy moly. I made a huge mistake-- i turned on the al sharpton show on msnbc. I really wish the family would tell he and others to go away-- it really sheds a sad light on this situation.

I wonder if there are multiple definitions of 'peaceful.' Hoping the police aren't arresting people who are truly not causing harm, obeying the laws and respecting others including the police.

I'm struggling with understanding WHY a police officer would pull a very large man into the car by the window. I just don't understand how/why that would be rational. IF MB was in the car's window, it makes more sense to me that MB was reaching in himself.

That case (and probably this one too when it's all said and done) proved 2 things to me about this world:
- There is pure evil among us
- There's equal amount of stupid (the jury)
