Wait, so the store owners have an attorney also and I saw him interviewed tonite. It was clear by this interview that whomever it is on the video stole the cigars. And this article says the store owner didn't report the theft? Wasn't it dispatched?

What's that saying about snitches & ditches? I hate to say that, but I believe too that someone has some form of photography (still or video) of this situation. But there's no way they will give it unless it shows 'hands up, don't shoot.'
