I have a question - if any of the people supplying affidavits have criminal backgrounds, can Juan point this out somehow? Is there anyway to refer to the person's reputation, as they are not there to answer? Sorry if this doesn't make sense.

I was sort of tripping on that 11 pm time thing...until Juan brings up the GMT. I went to the "time calculator" and sure enough, if the computer in its "insides" is working on GMT, that would place the "actual" time as the time the defense was checking out the computer. I'm not a computer...

One of the other things I noticed - how many times she was asked to speak up. I can just see the poor, pitiful me, barely being able to get the words out Jodi. It makes me really want to see her continue to so JM can get her out of that "I'm the victim" stance in front of the jury.

I think the best part of the transcripts is at the end of the second day ... when the stay is announced and now LKN and JW are doing the chicken dance around the protection of the "secret" witness. Juan is brilliant. I wish we had such detailed accounts, and not just the tweets...
