NOTGUILTY South Africa - Anni Dewani, 28, shot to death, Gugulethu, 13 Nov 2010 #5

And we have come full circle. That's why I said in my first post to you - "The guy is a liar. The irrationality is that you cherry pick parts of what he said as truth."

You seriously don't know his lies?? Really?? Ok here is an extract since you think everything is overemphasis his gayness - you can google search. This was when Max Clifford was still free and taking clients (of course this dude is in jail as well haha). "Dewani strongly denies the claims and...

    Trial Discussion Thread #56 - 14.15.10, Day 45 ~ sentencing~

No idea what you are saying. What is "We can accept that there was intent to kill, but we have to balance this with the prosecution charge that OP intended to kill an innocent person."??

NOTGUILTY South Africa - Anni Dewani, 28, shot to death, Gugulethu, 13 Nov 2010 #5

Man, can the real websleuthers please stand up. No one gives a fig about the guy's gay experience or infidelity. He can hump guys, girls, animals or a combination of everything if he wants. It's the fact that he lied about this. He also lied numerous times on what had happened as well. The guy...

NOTGUILTY South Africa - Anni Dewani, 28, shot to death, Gugulethu, 13 Nov 2010 #5

Man another case in South Africa like this. Is the police that incompetent or are judges really that stupid in SA?? Maybe SA doesn't understand circumstantial evidence??

    awaiting sentencing phase

Since Masipa now has very similar arguments to Kelly Phelps, if Kelly Phelps thinks it is unlikely he will be jailed, then I think that's the verdict...sad...

    awaiting sentencing phase

Agreed many arguments to dismiss OP version.

    awaiting sentencing phase

Might be a good idea to get his ammo back too hahaha
  10. W

    awaiting sentencing phase

Agreed. OP said he smashed the door and saw the key on the floor. But if you looked at the hole and the floor, it looks very hard to stick your arm and grab the key on the ground. I don't think there was a key at all from the inside.

    awaiting sentencing phase

The truth is the guy is a provern liar but his story is still reasonably true. Thats so illogical and yet Masipa and yourself and others still asserts it. With other witnesses, they aren't even proven liars and their evidence is totally dismissed. Also any improbable explanation is taken to...

Discussion between the verdict and sentencing

Agreed. Double standards by Masipa and other OP supporters. State witnesses mistakes time, and they dismiss their testimony. OP is a proven liar and they confirm that his story is 'reasonably true'. Hahaha Beginner websleuthers. They still need to learn how to websleuth properly.
  13. W

Discussion between the verdict and sentencing

Well if we use that line of reasoning, the whole OP testimony should be thrown out too. But Masipa didn't. And people wonder why many people is saying Masipa is selecting her evidence to suit her needs.
  14. W

Discussion between the verdict and sentencing

In addition to this, the defense never provided evidence of the shots being in quick succession or any evidence that OP was a fearful person. In fact we had evidence to the contrary but somehow Masipa ignored all of this and just believed the defense claims. I really don't understand.
  15. W

Discussion between the verdict and sentencing

So we are resorting to using other people's voices as the evidence to back OP's claims? Hahaha In that case, can we all do a search on google for double taps, GAD, multiple personality disorder, etc. Haha But you know the irony is? Masipa didn't even need such evidence because she just...

Discussion between the verdict and sentencing

I have a feeling the first punishment was the fact that he killed Reeva and he had to cry some much for Reeva and had to be inconvenienced by the trial. Man, looking back, I feel like an idiot now to think Masipa actually was gonna give OP a harsh sentence.
  17. W

Discussion between the verdict and sentencing

What u need is direct evidence as circumstantial evidence is too low of a threshold for you.
  18. W

Discussion between the verdict and sentencing

Agreed. Trying to use Greenland's point to justify OP action is similar to all the selective use of evidence that people who agree with the judgment is doing.
  19. W

Discussion between the verdict and sentencing

Thats even excluding the fact it's a lie that OP doesn't drink alcohol haha
  20. W

Discussion between the verdict and sentencing

Hahaha these people really know how to make two totally contradictory statements.
