My mama's whole family is from Whitley City - spent many summers running thru the hills & hollers with my cousins. This just breaks my heart. How anyone could possibly harm a child is just beyond my comprehension.

I hope one day we'll know what happened to her. It's so sad that she wasn't allowed to stay with her foster family. I love how Oakley's personality just bubbles & shines right out from her pictures - that smile !!
