He's likely toast. The PCA is strong and I'm sure they have alot more on him...If he was dumb enough to leave add'l evidence in his WA apartment that will be the icing on the cake.
The fact that he was dumping trash in his neighbors' bins would suggest he knew he was being watched (or might be watched) Possibly knowing the mistakes he made along the way-leaving the sheath etc etc would eventually lead the cops to him...
the fact that the cell phone was on for part of the ride to and from the crime is damning-he won't be able to stay he was home asleep or anywhere else for that matter. You would think he would have turned it off at his residence and turned it back on once he got back (or left the phone at home)
Wow-orbital and temporal fractures too. I cannot imagine the Physical agony that woman must have gone through-not to mention realizing that someone is stabbing you to death...the other odd thing is that there was a knife sharpener found in the Living room..which makes you wonder if the whole...
Now that there is going to be no trial, hoping you can fill in the missing details for us Joypath!
So what is the story with the vomit? Did he throw up after realizing what he did? It doesn't really matter now, but surprised he was charged with 1st degree for killing his wife-if he picked up...
Wow. Just catching up on this one. Sounds like he hit her with a frying pan first and then stabbed her to death...just so sad on so many levels. RIP family and ROT in jail TM IV
you can watch it online-go to the 48 hours website. I watched it last night...it was interesting. There was some new stuff-mainly picture of the now empty house and the bedrooms and also the spray paint on Garett's bed....
Time for him to plead guilty-guess is doesn't matter-no DP in MA, so might as well take chances with a trial....sad to see that his parents and the family will have to sit through a trial and hear all the gruesome evidence....
Pretty sad that they cannot or will not see what's so obvious to the rest of us, but they have to hold the party line since he is their son and they probably dont want to believe it-who would if it were their offspring?
I was a bit surprised too-but maybe it set the tone, if cc lied from the beginning, he likely lied about everything else....but yes, would think the other evidence would weigh alot heavier....
someone said that he had a pic of sheri and the boys in his cell in Monroe Cty--wonder if he'll bother to put that up in his new home since his charade doesnt matter anymore...also wonder what he'll tell other inmates--"I was wrongly convicted" or "yeah, I killed them."
