UK - Libby Squire, 21, last seen outside Welly club, Hull, 31 Jan 2019 #23

I believe Libby's jacket was still in the rear of PR's car when he took her out of the vehicle. He guided her into the park after both doors were closed and the car alarm activated. Screams heard after 12:14am which gives him plenty of time to get closer to the river away from street lighting...

The scenario above may assuage fears some may have of the abrupt escalation from his previous crimes.

UK - Libby Squire, 21, last seen outside Welly club, Hull, 31 Jan 2019 #22

I now believe PR left Libby unconscious in the Park after the rape. He seems to toss her faux leather jacket in the rear of the Astra on spidercam. From the Haworth St and Tesco cctv his car interior light is not set to operate on opening the car (on purpose during his night time prowling?) Car...

UK - Libby Squire, 21, last seen outside Welly club, Hull, 31 Jan 2019 *ARREST* #19

Regarding the car clean on February 1st. Could there have been riverbank mud embedded in his floor mat? Seems to me he changed his trousers between his Haworth St cctv and later Newland Avenue cctv footage. Did he change his footwear as well? Difficult to see on spidercam.

I am leaning more towards him being guilty of murder. I think he went back to Raglan St to clean himself up. He replayed the night's events for his own gratification and subsequently realised he'd left her underwear with his incriminating DNA still in the park in his rush to exit. He returned...

I originally thought he may have returned a third time for his car key. Obviously not now we know more facts about the odd time delay. I still think he returned the third time for a lost item. Makes more sense to me that he knew he would not be disturbed because Libby was already in the water.

I'd agree a charge seems more likely as time was on LE's side after the conviction for previous offences. Could LE have obtained vital info from his family after he was sent down? Maybe they just wanted the voyeur/indecency trial to play out and he would have been rearrested anyway.

One thought on the length of the sentence. It's a longshot but in cases where LE have difficulty in obtaining evidence to convict sometimes undercover cellmates are introduced to illicit a confession. Most likely a time consuming process to gain a suspect's trust. Worth a try?

That's a valid point I hadn't considered at the time. Many people questioned why would an offender stick around while a victim was screaming intermittently for 15 minutes. Perhaps he was sticking around because of the screaming! Great news on the sentence. Hope Libby's family can receive...

If anyone has a link to Strontium's fantastic post on lighting levels in the park and riverbank at night I'd like to see it again. I feel there was a good possibility PR had to return to the park to retrieve an item he had dropped. LE seem to think the later Croda CCTV "witnesses" have...

The fact that Libby is now found and the case is being treated as a homicide will hopefully encourage PR's family circle to release any info they might have. They could have been clinging to the hope it was all an accident.

I'm not suggesting a connection between the 2 men as I don't think PR is in the Croda CCTV, I believe they are only possible witnesses. Just trying to work out how they could be when there is such a disparity in time between 12:30am and their appearance at Croda. What keeps PR in the park or...

Found Deceased UK - Libby Squire, 21, last seen outside Welly club, Hull, 31 Jan 2019 #14 *ARREST*

I've been thinking about the disparity in timings from the 12:30am sighting of running man "alone, not looking back" and the later Croda CCTV "possible witnesses". What if PR gets back to his Astra on Oak Rd. No car key. Fallen from a pocket in his loose shorts whilst they were pulled lower/in...

Found Deceased UK - Libby Squire, 21, last seen outside Welly club, Hull, 31 Jan 2019 #14 *ARREST*

I think the bench was the closest seating area she knew of and after taking alcohol she'd rather sit down in a well lit area than stand. The Oak Rd playing fields POI was seen to be running intermittently alone and not looking back (unlike the first person in the Croda CCTV footage). Perhaps he...

For locals who attended PR's court appearances did he wear glasses? We're the frames the same as those shown in MSM photos? If they were different perhaps LE were strimming for them in the park if they had come off in the dark during a struggle? If not found perhaps would increase the...

Found Deceased UK - Libby Squire, 21, last seen outside Welly club, Hull, 31 Jan 2019 #12 *ARREST*

Maybe the park is the place because there is a lack of evidence. If PR feigned a simple drop off at Wellesley Av and gunned it to Oak Rd or faked a "I'll just turn at the top of Beresford Av" to get to his preferred destination, less chance for LS to fight him in the car while he is distracted...

Found Deceased Ireland - Ruth Maguire, 30, vanished during hen party, Carlingford, Co Louth, Leinster, 16 Mar 2019

The left behind coat and intention of walking to Newcastle I took to be literal (as the crow flies) as it's too far to walk. There was a case local to me years ago when a man late at night declared "I'm for Rathlin!" No ferries that time of night obviously and he was found in the water some days...

Found Deceased UK - Libby Squire, 21, last seen outside Welly club, Hull, 31 Jan 2019 #10 *ARREST*

Someone with video expertise needs to be let loose on the Haworth CCTV footage. Just to see it in real time throughout. The passenger entering the Astra is doing so at least 3 to 4 times normal speed giving the appearance of abruptness. Video also has to be corrected for stretch as the image is...

Perhaps it was the lack of a shirt that made "running man" not dressed for the weather rather than the shorts. Ripped extensively during a struggle and then got rid of before running out of the park? LE subsequently searching through the bracken for it with possibly two sets of dna on it? I...
