Wrongful Death Suit filed Nov. 13, 2013 in California, #3

Glad to see everyone is still here, and active. My apologies for not being here during these past years, and also for missing the Fourth Anniversary (this past Monday) of Rebecca's passing. It just does not seem four years, but it none the less is. Now that I am back thanks for keeping...

Who Had Motive, Method & Opportunity?!

The real truth will someday come out. Over these many months we have come here and to the very best of our collective abilities we have spoken of those matters most dear to us, conversed, shared opinions and sought to add to a quest for (as I remember from that old 50's TV show) truth, justice...

    Mysterious Message on the Door

but would JS and Rebecca still be together as a couple? I really wonder.

Estate of Rebecca Zahau et al v. Shacknai et al

Gee ... does getting away with murder pay off? I wonder.

Science is not biased (in unbiased hands)

and when the feet were bound the blood picked up on the perp's fingernail from scratching her could have been transferred to the foot and if picking up the body by those feet the bottom of her toes. Just a thought.

    The case for murder, #2

Maybe they left her lying nude in the back yard for 13+ hours because they thought she was NOT dead yet? Did they think she was sleeping? Or were they waiting for the date and time to be just right? Amazing what trained professional investigators can get away with. I would say murder.

    Mysterious Message on the Door

You can use a stipple brush and a stencil and stipple acrylic paint onto any surface including skin, or you can simply draw free hand with a brush onto the skin and if thin enough once it dries it looks like a tattoo. Remember any thickness to the paint and it begins to limit skin movement and...

    Mysterious Message on the Door

Since acrylics dry fast I have used soap and water to get it off. Other times if it is thicker I have peeled it off. It is not toxic but if thick can limit movement. And next to impossible to get out of clothing or cloth once it dries. Thanks for asking!

    Mysterious Message on the Door

I also know as an artist that yes you can paint direct from acrylic tubes using the tube(s) as your brush as I have lettered rough signs that way, and yes people have figured out it was my lettering, and also I have gotten paint from that paint tube method on my hands, but then I did not...

    Mysterious Message on the Door

I am wondering if handwriting analysis was done on anyone, or should I say handprinting which might give a clue to who did the printing? Look at grocery lists, personal notes, post it notes, business correspondence. Was anyone required to print for the authorities? Was it ever discovered if...

Special San Diego mayoral elections November 19th. I wonder who Sheriff Gore has chosen to win?

    The case for murder, #2

Dina/Nina and their family supporters are the ones I am referring to. If you support D and N within the family then you are set against Rebecca. The very fact Rebecca had her relationship with Jonah was enough to build a series of incidents into a "long standing fuse" that M's accident was the...

    The case for murder, #2

I firmly believe that what happened to M was the match that lit a very long standing fuse with Rebecca the ultimate victim. They opened up enough to let Rebecca in and to tolerate her, and now this family has closed ranks once again. I really wonder what would have ultimately happened with...

    The case for murder, #2

Has anyone of them explained away this "time delay"? NO! Has anyone been held responsible for the way Rebecca's body was left? NO! Has anyone lost their position with either the Sheriff's office or the ME's office over the handling of this case? NO! I have been waiting for what seems like...

    The case for murder, #2

I would love to know when these photos were taken in the back yard: early in the A.M., noon, early afternoon, late afternoon or evening?? The body and what is happening to it is changing, and in 13+ hours a lot of changes could and probably did occur.

    The case for murder, #2

If you take a minute (and I hope you will) and re-read all we have together posted not only recently but going back in the various threads murder just keeps standing out and growing bigger with each addition to these threads and with each passing day. Thanks to all who come here, analyze, post...

    Rebecca's cell phone records

and as far as I am concerned this attitude and ineptness on the part of the authorities doomed their investigation from "hour one" as summarized in the small graphic to the left of my name.
