It's true, tons of people with mental illness, in fact the majority, never commit a crime. That's what inclines me to think that he has something developmental wrong or perhaps a brain injury. Something that would affect judgement and provoke violent behavior. Over history many serial...

I believe robbery, kidnapping and rape were additional charges added on Friday.

Yes totally! I do think the mods are keeping a close eye on this thread and trying to maintain that respectful tone. But I agree, having a verified JW would be most helpful.

I think JH had the Canteen job not CH. I haven't heard any mention of CH having a job. But I have heard numerous mentions of him having health problems. Perhaps they are significant enough that he is on disability?

I would venture to say there was more problems in that marriage than him not working....like his *advertiser censored* addiction and lack of communication. I thought it was interesting in the search warrant affidavit that when JH was picked up by his friends(12 hours after the murder when he was wandering the...

Is it possible that the front license plate was already off the SUV and tossed into the back? Maybe it had fallen off previously and CH and WH had intentions to put it back on? It doesn't really make sense that he would remove it. The only scenario I can think of is that maybe he had a master...

I've only noticed one post earlier today where someone said they thought they saw a mug shot of AH when they googled her name and they posted the link. And the consensus was it wasn't her. Has there been more? I have no idea why someone is sleuthing AH, bored maybe? Just for the record I...

I'm a little confused as to the theory that JH had an accomplice. By all accounts JH was a creeper that was obsessed with WH. Who would he get to be an accomplice? And why? It doesn't make sense to me. IMO he seems to of acted alone. And as far as the money goes, based on the search warrant...

There is zero connection between being a JW and reverting to one's maiden name. If you have happened to notice that, it is merely coincidence, and is purely personal preference. Someone "could" be disfellowshipped for committing a crime.Depends on the circumstances. I have a feeling tho, JH will...

Yes, FAS proper does require the physical characteristics. FASD is an umbrella term. Fetal Alcohol Effects would better describe what I am referring to under the FASD terms that does not require the physical characteristics. "Fetal alcohol effects (FAE)describes children with prenatal alcohol...

i have to agree, don't think it's her. However I'm married and people know me by my husbands last name. But on paper I still legally go by my maiden name since I never changed it. So not totally outside the realm of possiblity. But as I said I don't think it's her.

my husband, the resident techie, says that its possible the photos were not wiped even if the sim card was changed. It's possible that the original sim card(maybe they changed carriers or whatever so didn't need the sim) was in the phone before JH changed it...so he would of been able to save...
