    Poll for the Armchair Psychologists

Why would you base your beliefs on his testimony? He never had any interaction with her at all.

    Poll for the Armchair Psychologists

We must also take into consideration that she was "coached", given information about disorders, took the tests multiple times, and was given information about the tests before she was given the tests we heard about in court. We have no idea what the testing by those who were not called to court...

    Poll for the Armchair Psychologists

You discount or over-look the fact that at least 2 of the professionals you refer to, provided her with resources that would enable her to manipulate these tests. I believe that Dr. D commented on her belief that Jodi was trying to manipulate the tests.

    Poll for the Armchair Psychologists

On more than on occassion, Dr. G's opinion has been deemed unusable by a court for the very things he did in this trial: offering an opinion about an individual without having any interaction with that person. He also testified to things he is not qualified to testify about.

    Poll for the Armchair Psychologists

I would disagree that there is not a pattern. Her pattern started well before she became involved with Travis. By age 14, she was growing pot at/in her parents home. Just because this is the first time her parents discovered this does not mean that it was her first time. Her parents even...

Arias continues giving interviews to the media

Where was this claim during the trial? It would seem that this would have supported her other unsubstantiated claim about TA's interest in little boys. But just like the rest of her "stories", there is not evidence other than her word, which doesn't amount to much. Since she has been...

    Trial day 53: REBUTTAL; #162

Basically what he is saying is that TA would have been like a TBI/Closed Head Injury (and from what he observed during the autopsy, TA would have had significant limitations). Those folks do things that are familiar, but they have a real hard time with staying on task or even staying focused on...

weekend discussion: discuss the trial here #155

I'm trying to incorporate MFR into my practice. Do you use the Barnes approach, or something different? I get somewhat excited when I find someone who uses Myofascial Release in practice, because the area where I work it is not real popular. There isn't anyone near me that I have to ask...

weekend discussion: discuss the trial here #155

All of those types of stories are the the anomalies, not the standard. Those stick out in your head because they are so abnormal and out of sync with the expected outcome. The standard story of someone getting shot in the head, we don't pay as much attention to because they are not as...

weekend discussion: discuss the trial here #155

I've checked it out a few time to see the reaction to what is going on in court, but have yet to see any facts to support the conclusion that the defendant is innocent or that a point one of her "experts" made carried much weight. To read the comments is to read about who got the first post and...

What would you rebut? Discuss rebuttal here

I don't know whether this would best in rebuttal or closing, but I believe he should show all the points where Jodi's and ALV's testimony differed. It discredits ALV, but also shows the continued pattern of lies, even when she was on the stand, of Jodi. The stalking info needs to be made...

Jodi Arias; the sequence of events

A knife isn't that hard to conceal. A gun has to lifted so that it is oriented toward the victim, then aimed, at least a little. A knife can stay in your back pocket (or belt area) until you are ready to stab the person. It takes what, a half second to take your hand from your back pocket to...

That would be a hard way to drag a body. Which may make exactly the way she did it.

Jodi Arias; the sequence of events

The last picture in that sequence looks like he is wrapped up in something. The 76 sec difference would be enough time for her to grab something and get him onto it. It would have to be close, like the bed sheets, comforter, or something she had brought back with her after loading her car up...

Can you lighten the picture up a little. There is something there, but in the pic you are posting, that area is really dark and you can only see one edge of it.

What aspects of the crime scene that followed would be hard to make sense of? I have ideas on some things, but it would help to know what you're looking at, so we're on the same page.

Jodi Arias; the sequence of events

Where in the sequence of the "kicked camera" pics is this one? I have not seen this pic with a time stamp on it to know where this one falls. My assumption is that it is fairly late, i.e. after the other dragging picture.

Jodi Arias; the sequence of events

I think the depth of field and the angle make this picute deceiving. I think his head is partially supported by her lower leg, so it gives the appearance that the head it being held up voluntarily. There is no reason for her to be dragging him away from the bathroom.
