I never believed the shower photos were posed. I believe he is upset about his encounter with Jodi. I think it is possible in at least some of the photos he is praying. JMO

The ME said that the gunshot or the slit throat would have immediately incapacitate him. He said only the stab to the heart would not immediately incapacitate him. He thinks its very likely that Travis was already dead when the gun shot happened.

I think jodi brought up the baby names on her own! They only dated five months right! And only a few months were good for them! The beginning! She became serious over him and decided she wanted what he had! She wanted marriage! Babies! And all his undivided attention!
Witnessed by many comments from the wives of travis friends. For example in the video we seen last night on dr drew!
The women were somewhere else but jodi wasn't with them! She didn't fit in! She preferred to smother travis and remain among the men. Who goes camping with three virile men? She didn't but she poke of it.
Just saying!

ITA!! Same with the marriage proposal.It never happened. NG made an excellent point the other night. If the cinnabon story actually happened,then TA was a really romantic guy. Romantic men don't ask you to marry them over the phone. The proposal and baby names are just lies to cover for the fact she was stalking him and he wanted nothing to do with her.

The gun casing is IN the blood though, like it fell straight on top of the blood.
If he was shot first and the gun casing ROLLED in blood and then stopped, it would have blood on the casing.

I agree, the floor was SO dirty by the time they were both back in the bathroom...Hair on the floor, blood everywhere and water, that if kicked it might land on that blood, but that casing would not be immaculate clean! and shining like gold

You would be a bad juror. You are basing your decision before you have been presented with ALL the facts in the case (from both prosecution and defense).

I don't agree. For some the burden of proof may have been met. If the next testimony sways them back so be it.

Going by the Judge yesterday, we should have feed at 11am (AZ time) unless they are late.

Especially when as a fully formed adult she chose not to even confide in her Bishop anonymously let alone the police. And yet this was concerned that TA slept over at a friends house who had children. Really? She was concerned about children? How about the imaginary children Iris, Hinckley, Reagan and Meaghan???

I saw a video snippet of Sky Hughes saying she'd asked Travis not to bring Jodi around their children any more due to her inappropriate conduct, such as "sucking on his ear" and something else I don't remember.

A Murder One conviction needs a hell of alot more than circumstantial evidence- PROOF (for both the state and defense) and both have nothing.

This is completely wrong.

Circumstantial evidence is still evidence. It is absolutely legitimate and key and when all placed together paints a very clear picture. It IS proof. What on earth would constitute "real proof" to you? A video recording of it? Then I guess people can murder anyone they like knowing they can get away with it as long as there's no video or testimony from God. In what possible scenario is what happened to Travis a result of pure self-defence? Have you viewed all the autopsy photos?

I agree, to me he looks like a chap who is just saying just leave me alone and go away. Little doubt in my mind it was easier to say nothing to her than to enter one of her circular and convoluted conversations. From what I saw of her on the stand, there would be little use in trying to have a conversation or even to ask her to leave - she would have created a tragic drama around it.

Not to go all Jodi on you, BritsKate, but that's the wrong use of the word chutzpah. Think you're looking for "spine" or "backbone," meaning showing more assertiveness. Jodi, OTOH, is showing plenty of chutzpah.

As many already know, I'm sure, the classic definition of chutzpah is a man who kills his parents, then throws himself on the mercy of the court because he's an orphan.

Always love your posts. You've added a much needed dimension to this trial.
