What gets me about this motion (and for some reason I have never read the first one before this amended one) is that CM says KC was held in the room with the door shut after the "Universal tour" (he honestly calls it that). WHO HERE REMEMBERS YURI OR JA SPECIFICALLY SAYING TO THAT .... girl..."OK - We just have the door shut for privacy. You are free to go at any time" or something to that effect?

They say that in every interview and this is why...so the witness can't say she was being detained.

These latest motions just amaze me. Here's a question for all of you here, now I have finished banging my head on my desk, taken 3 tylenol and am glancing at the vodka bottle.

Two years ago, were we not paging through these interviews, all of them, with ICA, the OCSD and the LE - at length? Did we not read every word, word for word? Did we not discuss them forwards, backwards, looking at every statement, every lie, darned nearly every breath ICA took? Did we not discuss why, how, what should, would, could happen. And haven't we done that same thing at least three times on at least three separate occasions?

Here, let me answer for you!!!

Yes, we have! We can almost repeat them verbatim. Is Baez saying he has JUST read them now and has decided to object and ask for them to be excluded from the evidence at trial? Seriously??? S-e-r-i-o-u-s-l-y?? :loser::banghead:

Where was I? Oh yes, my poor head and is it too early to have an adult beverage......

ps: okay maybe it wasn't 2 years ago and just feels like it.

Thank you NoNameLeft. Thanks to AZLawyer I feel ok even IF the Universal stuff is suppressed. After all, she didn't say anything really except she admitted she had lied. Isn't that one of the charges here? False statement to LEO?
I just have to keep the faith that with all of the other evidence that has been amassed in this case, she will be found guilty no matter if the Universal stuff is in or out.

Ok...I know this case has aged me...but I don't remember anyone asking her questions after her indictment...at least not related to the crime she was charged with. Wasn't this when Casey said she was willing to talk...and they made a call to JB?

Wasn't that the day she sat there in her white shirt, said she would talk - promptly asked for Baez, the LE left her there and we watched the constant preening until Baez got there and said forgetaboutit?
 
wasnt this the interview where she was going to speak to the police then she wanted to call her lawyer to get it sorted mr baez arrived and she clammed up off to jail for her on his say so I take it sooooooooooooo the first thing i would have done as her lawyer was looked at this video to see exactly what went on before i got there There is no way he hasnt looked at this for over 2 years

I hadn't remembered the part of being escorted by not only the police...but those big bad Universal security guards.
