As for the tiff--wow Lexington you may be right. The new seating arrangement with ICA "protected" between the two women... the sex abuse story... the estrangement from her boys... All of this has happened since potential jurors have been around to see what's going on. Maybe we are just watching the birth of the latest version of the defense strategy...

I don't know if I can agree with strategy y'know. Remember how she was at the hearings, tugging at JB sleeve, and constantly asking CM questions - these two are constantly up and what can be more important than jury selection? Those two have to pay attention and I think they are really stressed and don't want to/can't put up with her constant demands for attention. Plus HHJP would never stand for it.

I'm so on board with you on this.....It's like they are trying tick her off to work her up for her upcoming performances. Can't hardly have her walking around like Paris Hilton wannabe, acting like a secretary preening and petting her Hollywood self and try to sell Jury opinion on her disfunctional, abused and tragic history that was so tramatic she doesn't even know her name. I'm looking for a lot of spells, faints, flash backs and PTSD of her suddenly throwing herself under the table and screaming " IN COMING " that they can get all of these things recorded on Court records which is living proof of all of their claims of her mitigating factors......JMO

You know yesterday KC was passing notes to AF left and right, making comments often and AF just continued on with what she was doing. So I would imagine that KC is quite distracting. My guess is the reason CM did not want to stay late was because of KC, I could be wrong but I think he needed a break. jmo

My thoughts on this is that they are going with the mitigating factor of ICA being sexually abused by GA and LA (and God knows, what else) and because of this trauma she is uncomfortable being near or communicating with men. Not only is JB on her chitlist, but CM also. Could be.

I agree with the assessment of the seating strategy at the defense table, however, I also believe the DT now realizes what an uphill battle they have and probably are only focusing on the penalty phase knowing deep down what the verdict will be. MOO

Ah yes, but now that JB mentioned his "alleged" comment on NG and many of us expressed our disgust at how CM was giving ICA a back massage, I'm thinking somebody on the DT is reading general public comments and paying attention to them, particularly with the trial looming so close. We may be "idiot bloggers" but if our opinions in any way mirror a general jury pool then they may be listening even more carefully than before.

It cracked me up that after NG had four separate screens simultaneously showing ICA constantly fiddling with her bangs that she came in with them bobby-pinned the next day. We could list all kinds of things from Sims' comment about her hair to JB wearing a matching tie and handkerchief that might have resulted in somebody on that team reading our reactions or those on other forums (we pretty much have universal negative reactions when they do something that doesn't play well). Too bad we give such excellent advice.

I wouldn't dream of putting her on the stand if I were them. The poo storm that would open up for the defense is almost immeasurable with her being so trustworthy and all...

I followed this case a lot when it first broke. I've been away for a while now and I am confused about one thing. I remember that LA was excluded from being Caylee's father but there was no mention (way back when) about GA. Has he also been excluded?
