Ohhhhh, can't wait for Baez to weave the "mysteriously well packed bags" into his tale of woe. I'm thinking that Baez is going to accuse George of packing the bag and dumping ICA at Tony's and telling her to lie (no pun intended ) low.

I think they are going to put John Allen, Appling Wells (sp?) and Corporal Edwards on stand next to set up the Universal Interview. I believe it was those guys there during the Universal Interview. This is when they give her the opportunity to tell them it was an accident. One of them was even telling Casey how he has seen everything from parents rolling over on their children during their sleep to vicious crimes against children. That they could explain away an accident... but if she was going to continue down the path she was leading them down that they would have to put her into the category of one of those vile people who murder their children.

Casey had her chance. She was no longer in that "abusive" home and around her "abusive" parents. She was safe with the officers and detectives. She should have told them what happened right then and there if this accident really did happen.



Mix that in with Casey saying "surprise, surprise" in the jail videos when told about the accidental drowning story and how Casey was telling George how he was a wonderful father and grandfather... she is done!

Yuri, John and Appie were at Universal. Sheesh, can you imagine Mason's cross after that tape comes in?

Anyway..Just thought I would point out that on HLN Vinnie Politan is covering today's testimony..and Beth Karas in the courtrom noted that one of the jurors noted in her "Notebook" that Yuri didnt investigate the foul odor of the car (Sunfire) even after he learned about a missing child....May or may NOT mean anything???

Thanks a good idea. I'll send it to a bunch of people. It was very upsetting trying to explain to someone who had no clue. I'm sure she is smart and all that but it is important to know what is being broadcast on the network you work for.

I agree! And it is also important for those who are broadcasting know what they are talking about. They really need to get their facts right! I believe the people on HLN should come here and read starting from about 3 years ago

I could not believe JB asked if KC committed suicide and YM gave JP a quit glance and gave his answer. I was rolling on the floor.

And I have heard rumblings of their so called conspiracy also, which may include George placing the body in the trunk AFTER Casey abandoned the car at Amscot. They are going to say that, like she told TL when he was in NY, George was asked to come pick up the car. So he put the body there, left it to be towed on purpose, and then used it to frame Casey.
And that is why she said the car smelled because of HER DAD hitting a dead animal.

How about...Tony packed the bags because he knew that Casey had been disciplined by George and so while Casey was gone, and he was texting her "where's Caylee?" he was also packing her bags in a neat manner so that when George saw them he would not discipline Casey.

Or, it WAS Casey who packed the bags but because of her abuse she became another person a person who would pack their bags neatly. Tony's apartment was the only place she felt at "home" and so there she could not be afraid of abuse and could pack things neatly. :dunno:

But:

If George did pack her things and drop her off, she must have a least kept it neat over that month, yeah? :waitasec:

When questioning Lee today, why didn't they ask him more about the blue screen? I would like to know if Casey caused it on purpose. Did he eventually get the computer working again? He testified he is knowelgeble about computers

Casey had time to blue screen the computer..her mother called her and told her "She was to come home because they have the car".....and that was about 2:30pm.
