I always believed Caylee was murdered in the house, but you have given me food for thoughts now. I'm still not sold on the chloroform theories. I believe ICA used lots of OTC cold meds to keep Caylee quiet and still. Humm ... much to ponder now.

I have always leaned toward it being in the house. But how did she get past GA and/or CA - just waited until they were both gone? Wouldn't that have been kinda tricky if, say GA wanted to say goodbye to Caylee before he left for work?

Plus there's the business about the "Big Trouble" shirt that CA testified to - that she had never seen. ICA could have taken the Winnie the Pooh blanket with them when she did leave. But the shirt. ICA had to have changed Caylee into it away from the house. And that fits well into the trunk theory on the 16th.

When I hear she visited the website "How to make Chloroform" 84 times...I think she made it and did it...but then I think...Is she really smart enough to make chloroform???....and the answer is NO???....so I am torn.

It's an incredibly simple process.

I did not get on here till late yesterday but was wondering if anyone mentioned Casey wearing purple the day after everyone else did in memory of Caylee.

Yes, it was mentioned here. Someone also said possibly yesterday was the anniversary instead of the 16th. It makes me wonder if she is sending all a message.

Several of us made mention of that. I believe the 17th is the day Casey found out that Caylee was dead (that's soo hard to type). After reviewing phone records, I believe all the calls to CA on the 16th were to get her babysit because of her BIG date with Tony that night. When that failed, I believe she Chloroformed Caylee, put her in the trunk and used the tape to keep her quiet in case she woke up. Casey's phone records indicate no activity (or not much) until the next morning. I think when the neighbor saw her backing into the garage the next day, it was either to take Caylee out of the trunk (and discovered her dead body), or she had already discovered her and was there for the bags.

I have felt this way for a while but it's the first time I have actually typed these words...it was not easy to type. Of course, for now, this is just all my opinion and is subject to change. i would love to hear other opinions, as well, so please feel free to shoot holes in my theory. :crazy:

If George and Casey were both wearing purple on the same day but not when others were,it kinda lets one assume they both know the real date of the death...doesn't it?

Thanks, I suspect that that's what she was texting about in that hidden folder..and maybe that was the day she died, anyway it didn't fool me. She wouldn't have even thought about it if someone hadn't pointed it out to her. She may have been trying to mess with everyone but really she was playing catch up.She would have never thought of doing it to honor Caylee on her own, it's all about Casey now..

I tried really hard to find a block of time during the 15th, 16th, or 17th, in which there was a large gap between her calls, texts or computer usage. But even when there is a 2 or 3 hr period, it is always followed by frivolous or chatty texts or calls about Club Fusion or upcoming dates or plans.

And that makes it really hard to determine a time of death for Caylee. Even if it was an accident, wouldn't one assume there would be a several hour period where she would not want to discuss party night or future social events?

Just read Maia's post upstream--I will go look at the time you noticed that there was little cell usage.
That might be it.

Ya know - I've given that some thought since we all saw it. Supposedly the 16th was the Blockbuster visit - stay in bed until afternoon of the 17th event as testified by AL. So, maybe that was the day ICA found Caylee. Maybe she did chloroform her on the 16th and got so caught up with the "movies / sleepover" that she never went out to check on her and when she did Caylee was gone. JMHO - but it does seem to fit.

Now that I am hearing that both GA and ICA wore purple shirts on the 17th, I am very suspicious. I know I am a pessimist but I see this as more than a coinkydink and don't trust him or GA (especially after her laugh at the SA in court). I smell a rat.....I think they are playing the SA, just cooperating enough to not get convicted of perjury.

Not necessarily. These murders and attacks can happen and dissipate quickly. This sort of rapid cycle behavior is the stuff of mysteries.

When I worked with gang kids, they could help me sweep the classroom floor, then go out 15 minutes later and attack somebody with a tire iron, and then be partying with the girls in a hour. It was simply astounding.

Yep! But it only works on the archived raw tapes...not when it is live.

That would require my Time Machine . . . . I think Dr. Strangelove only received the "discovery" that the Defense wanted him to have. I would think he would be watching the news intently to see the progression of this specific case. He has become a PAID expert in his field.

Who is paying him for this case?

The duct tape fits right in. She put it over her mouth to keep her from screaming if she did wake up and the fourth piece bound her wrists. I don't think she realized that the tape covered both her mouth and nose and could be what possibly killed her. ICA was simply trying to keep her quiet.

Sorry, she doesn't impress me as being that smart...a sociopath, Yes....but smarts...NO.

Supposedly, it is not that hard to make, but she would have to have the time to make it and be assured her parents would not come home. I can't see her making it anywhere else. I also know that she is lazy. She would have to buy the products, make it and store it. It only stores for about a week from what I understand, so did she make it more than once, many times??? Where did she store it, in her bedroom, the shed???

I stated long ago my belief was there was a fight the evening of the 16th, Caylee was either murdered with CA/GA knowing it or ICA did a soft kill in her room. if a soft kill, she waited until GA left. ICA was there until 4 ish I think. Which if this happened, she had Caylee already wrapped in the blanket and in the trunk when she was with Tony. Black trash bags and the duct tape was readily available to ICA on either date.

The tee shirt and GAs story ... those are just more lies the Anthonys have told. There hasn't been anything I believe coming from the Anthonys nor her DT. All lies. CA no doubt didn't want to publicly admit she washed the tee shirt before. And GAs story, just that a story to go along with CAs dribble. GA could have left early in the morning after CA did. The man has a shady past with woman and finances. Now I could be wrong here because I don't know about GAs pings. I always thought LE took his word as to his whereabouts that morning.

What is interesting for me, is now we know where JB is headed. What will the Anthonys say or do is anyone's guess at this point in the trial.

What I am sure of is that Casey will NEVER tell the truth as to how Caylee died. Cindy and George will only tell the truth if threatened with legal actions and jail time.

You are right, and I believe this also. I just can't make 3 pieces fit...I would think 1 would have been enough to keep quiet. I guess I'm having trouble with "is it an accident gone horribly wrong or a deliberate homicide". However, if it was an accident she could (and SHOULD0 have reported it. OTOH, if she saw this as a freedom of some sort, then it's murder. I just don't know, :banghead: :banghead:
