When I think of all they had to go through to get to this point my heart aches a little for them both. They have lost so much and must realize they are partly to blame for this circus, I hope they have taken off those rose coloured glasses for good.

With the interview from Tracy coming out ,we are reminded that GA pushed ICA to tell him where Caylee was. She overheard an argument, GA's friend heard it .When TM was there GA asked ICA to circle on a map where Caylee was.
Then we have all the LE interviews with GA.

He never had rose colored glasses on,IMO.

I just don't see anything funny about this. Yes, it has been a long coming. I have always been a believer in the 5 stages of grief. This is the 5th step - ACCEPTANCE.

Crime and Punishment is saying that Cindy has been told she will be called to the stand tomorrow - Thursday the 23rd regarding her deposition and testimony.

Just when I thought they couldn't possibly top their strategic witness selection, along comes ANOTHER brilliant move by this clever defense team!

ICA was just a student. CA was the teacher. JB will not like this one.

Why do they come out with this statement now? Is it tied in with River Cruz? Are they letting Jose know they will come out swinging?

I think so...until now they haven't fought back at all, they just accepted everything. If the story JB is trying to sell is a lie (I think it is) they really have no choice, they know what did and didn't happen on that day and have come to realize KC will throw them under the bus to save her own a$$.

I think they have no choice KC has destroyed as much of the family as she can and she needs to be held accountable for once in her life. The rest of the family needs to move on and try and heal.

So... they decide to "fight back" now - because of River Cruz's accusations?! But not after ICA's/JB's sexual abuse accusations? Maybe it's me, but I think sexual abuse accusations against your own daughter are far worse than (maybe) having an affair. :waitasec:

They may be more inclined to believe GA. at this point.
I just heard CA. will be a witness again tomorrow, should be interesting.
LA. was included in this statement. I hope so it means justice for Caylee.

So they think she's guilty of killing their grandchild, but don't want her to get the death penalty. On one hand I understand, but otoh I have a hard time coming to terms with that rationale. I suppose 2 deaths is just too much to comprehend, and not having her future death hanging over their head does make sense (in a backwards sort of way)!

I wish I could be a bigger person here,but the Anthony's have hurt a lot of people,defrauded a lot of people (IMO) and would just as happily let someone else be blamed for Caylee's murder.
Yes,they are suffering,no doubt, but that does not give them a pass,IMO.

Anyone remember Kidfinders? The Caylee Foundation? the Kidfinders boat? They took $$$ from people knowing Caylee wasn't missing.
How about the nasty voicemails CA left for TM?
How about Dominic Casey? The e-mails when CA discusses giving LE the wrong brush? She was covering up,not in denial.

The A's are at the end of their own Universal Hallway and are now turning around to face the lie. They should have done it a very long time ago.

Why would Gary Tuckman LIE? I heard it from his own mouth about 1/2 hr ago on AC360.

He said he was told this by the "A's atty" along with they still "love her", don't want her to get "DP", but want "justice" for Caylee.

And when asked about River Cruz their atty said the A's believe she's a "sick" woman or something very close to that.

I'm really baffled by this new statement from atty!

eta..I also heard (not sure if on AC360 or Primetime Live) that GA could be in BIG trouble re: his actions after Caylee was found dead in the pool IF the jury acquits ICA..Would the state/LE really pursue this ridiculous STORY?

Boy if that's true (Cindy called by DT) I'd strongly suggest they take it easy on her..........Cindy has everyone's sympathy and the DT could come off as heartless bullies just like their client.......I think it could really hurt their already suffering defense of the Inmate.
