If she was so smart she would be to busy with her own cases and not have the time to do her screeching on every tv show that will give her the time.

I'm sorry but I'm not really sure why ANYONE is introducing the idea that the tape found on the remains is GAFF TAPE and not DUCT TAPE. Two TOTALLY DIFFERENT types of tape. All the reports from LE, etc. that have been reported in the media have referred only to DUCT TAPE.

Although both are pressure sensitive, one is backed with cotton material and the other vinyl.

PLEASE, PLEASE don't try to confuse the issue ... it makes me think that anyone that tries to say gaff tape was with the remains is trying to point the finger at someone who has not been implicated and is merely involved because she just happens to be a friend of the accused.

I first gag when I see her on TV, then immediately change the channel. Big cheesy grin from ear to ear on every show. I know I'm not supposed to talk about looks, but it looks like she has had tons of cosmetic work done. Probably for all these interview's she doing. No, it was not supposed to be a public dump even though some people threw trash there. Don't know why someone would bother going to the woods off Suburban to dispose of a Disney bag with syringe inside. Wouldn't they have just put that out with their weekly trash? I don't see a special trip to the woods for that.

ETA: She told Trace twice that the media was saying Lee was Caylee's father, as if gauging Tracy's "reaction as a trial balloon." She enjoyed saying outrageous things, per Tracy. Interesting article, a lot we've already heard.

Yes, I do not think they gave her a low chair, I think she is a little person.

I'm also a shorty (5'2") and my daughter is 5'0". I've found that we are constantly lifting chairs, raising them or otherwise pumping them UP so our torso can be at a comfortable place for writing or typing at a desk or table - or eating dinner. The only thing pumping your chair DOWN does is allow your feet to touch the floor--- which may be important, unless your main focus is working on the table in front of you. Then it becomes more important for your arms to be able to comfortably use things on the table (computer, papers, pen) than for your feet to sit on the ground.

Shorties compromise about that stuff all the time.

ICA is pumping her chair down to a level that is uncomfortable for the things IMO she seems to be doing in court - shuffling papers, writing the odd thing down, whispering to her neighbors.

DS is also in heels. During a morning camera shot of KC she was pumping her chair down about 4 clicks so she does lower it. When KC is reading something from a book (with a number of pages) she has to place it in her lap because she is too low to read it from the table. She never did this during her hearings and she is quite a bit lower than she appears during her hearing pictures. Defense's intent is to make her appear more childlike. JB mentions her as a child in his opening statement. He said "this child". jmo

did analysis of soil from Suburban Dr, soil in trunk of Casey's car,
Casey's shoes, Brian Burner shovel, and a shoe transport bag - no
match of soil to Suburban Dr - but cannot say Casey's shoes were never
at Suburban Dr for several reasons

- Madeline Montgomery - FBI Lab - Chemistry Unit - forensic toxicologist
tested Caylee's hair mass for Xanax, Valium, chlonopin, rufies (date
rape drug), and Ketamine - all negative
Ashton said if Caylee died immediately from chloroform, then it would
not be detected in her hair, but not mean she was not ever given drugs

- Michael Sigman - Mason did direct exam
Univ Central FL - PhD in chemistry
was at Oak Ridge Lab in TN from 1990-2002
tested air samples in trunk using different equipment than Dr. Vass used
found ordinary gasoline in air samples
found small amounts of chloroform, concluded from dry cleaning products
or bleach - can't say there was human decomp in trunk
Ashton said the trunk liner and spare tire cover had already been removed
from the car 4 days earlier before Sigman ran air sample tests
Sigman said chemicals could be related to human decomposition, and not

no decomp on hairs on Casey's clothes from closet in Anthony home
no decomp on hairs from trash in car
no decomp on hair on trunk liner
no decomp on hairs in debris in trash and on paper towels
no match on fibers from Medical Examiner office from Caylee's remains
compared to fibers on trunk liner, spare tire cover, and vacuumings
no match on fabric portion of duct tape at scene and tape at Anthony home

bag, tape - found one caucasian head hair and unknown who it came from
Ashton said that Casey was not living at the Anthony home in 30 days

- Defense taking deposition of Vasco Thompson today - they claim he had phone contact with George Anthony on July 14, 2008 - he says he did not have the phone number until Feb 2009

Thank you! I don't know why the state didn't call her as a witness, since she was there in the house and witnessed things first hand. She could really shoot down the ludicrous "George did it" theory. Can the state call her during the rebuttal phase?

Some people do not want to pay for trash removal and place it in nearby dumpsters, neighbor's trashcans, clean their cars in public places or just throw things out the windows in areas where they know people dump trash. Unless you catch people doing it and fine them they will continue to use undeveloped land to get rid of their trash. jmo
