I agree with your points but I was very surprised at what they DIDNT cover in rebuttal case so I think SA is taking the approach that they don't need to remind the jurors of most of this because they have confidence in their intelligence and are familiar enough to know JB is making baseless claims..

I think they are mostly going to touch on the chloroform issue and computer searches again to drive home their case for premeditation...

It was pretty much the only thing they hit on in rebuttal and I was suprised neither was really discussed in their closing with the exception of Jeff Ashtons last comment about hoping Caylee was chloroformed BEFORE the duct tape and her passing being one of a peaceful nature...

Believe it or not, Bill is correct.

I was reading about Judge Chillingworth after HHJP mentioned him on Friday, Noticed he and his wife were last seen June 14, 1955. Mid June is dangerous in Florida.

JB talking about people always know when a child is being abused. Except children who are molested like ICA? This was unnecessary. He could argue that Casey was a good mother without going on about how she wasn't beaten.

It is just such a stupid thing to say. WOuld anyone have said Andrea Yate's children were abused prior to her drowning them? Or Susan Smith's children. Nope. We heard people say what good mothers they were, too.

And FLorida is the last state I would make that statement in. THeir Department of Children and Families is notoriously inefficient. Remember that little girl who went missing and was never found and they discovered that her caseworker had falsified records because she was too overloaded at work to actually followup on all the children to which she was assigned? So many children are abused with NO OUTWARD sign. But of course JB is not worried about accuracy, just planting seeds of doubt in the juror's minds. Hopefully they will be smart enough to see through all the smoke and mirrors.
