I don't think it will be tonight.. but that is just me.... maybe tomorrow
I voted 1/2 day about a week ago and I haven't changed my mind yet.
Are any of the local stations offering a way of getting a text to mobile when the jury returns? I don't want random texts about other things, just a heads up so I can find a television. I know that somebody had said the media would be notified about a half an hour before the jury returns to the courtroom.
I agree. But, past that and beyond.....the longer they deliberate, the more nervous I'll be.
This is exactly what I am wondering? And can they have lunch and supper brought in to them and keep on deliberating, or must they break for meals? Can the jury deliberate as long as they want or are there set times? Could the deliberate until 10pm if they want or is there a cut off of 5 or 6pm? And if they are allowed to go as long as they want, would the verdict be read at 8, 9 or 10pm?
The OJ Simpson jurors only took 4 hours, but the Scott Peterson jurors had trouble and took 7 days. I hope this jury is like the former and not the latter.
