What's most telling with him, is that he runs out of saliva when things are really bad. He sends his tongue around his mouth to look for moisture. The first time he did it, I thought he was going to puke but he's done it a few times now at blatant aha moments. He just runs out of spit...And he hasn't figured out yet that there is a thermos of water and a glass up there with him. Maybe, he'll realize this Monday? Looking forward to seeing him drinking the next time he's been flat out busted.

Maybe the glaring is directed towards the Travis family! Because they didnt take their blur ribbons off.?

Do you think maybe this could have been from the "2" women making comment behind mom & aunt that maybe they made facial expression or gesture (like finger across throat) at JA maybe she was mouthing something like....

I hope that the jury will key into the gas cans and phone being shut down the whole time.

she is in Arizona and the gun coincidently being stolen from her grandfathers a week before

the killings...oh and don't forget the mean rejecting texts from Travis at that time the gun

was "stolen". For the heinous part how cruel the stabbing and slashing of the throat was ---

fog or no fog. So premeditated and heinous action leads me to conclude death penalty.

Did the doctor say that he was thrown by the "veracity" of JM's questioning? I was wondering it he did use that word since it means "a devotion to the truth" and either he's admitting that he (SR) is not devoted to the truth or things veracity means something else entirely.

I dunno...this order was just placed TODAY 3/22/2013 so very new!

It could be about defense fees, since Maricopa county just announced in the last couple of days that the defense bills are over $800,000. Maybe journalists are asking for details. I know that there was an earlier ruling that the details of the fees would not be released. There may be new requests because of the new story.

I heard J.K.on JAN today say JM faced off with her in a previous case and he ripped her apart.
Also...off topic but I have such a strong feeling TA thought JA had already left b4 he even got into that shower or said bye bye and then got in thinking she had left. He was NOT allowing those pics of his own free will. He was being forced at gun point imo. Has anyone else seen the close up of his right eye reflection when he's staring at the camera? It's really telling and I do see JA in his eye. Dr Drew was showing that video of TA retelling the burglary story and he, TA says he was trying with all his might through his "retinas" to make the screaming woman shut up...very spooky (for lack of a better word)

Come on y'all time stamped photos of the whole day, there is a story there and then coverup and the famous 3 different stories.... . JM will lay it all out there in rebuttal and closing, hes even doing it now through the whole defense case in chief, each witness he has discredited or shown to be a states witness...IMO there will be no doubt! Even if 1 juror isn't sure or all in, I believe the other jurors will show the way...

My only worry is will they give her the death penalty... I want JM to focus on rebuttal and his closing he just needs to give them a reason, cause the evidence is there..

I heard from several members of the family and the VA that Samantha is handling donations and any monies go,to her to manage. She said to me in court "everything goes to the same place". They are aligned so I think either is safe. Tanisha or Sam address.

She did try to plea to second degree murder with the threat of dragging Travis' name through the mud if the case went to trial. Juan refused and here we are.
