I remember when little Sommer Thompson was kidnapped, raped, and murdered walking home from school in Florida....the monster put her little body in a trashcan, and all trash picked up in that area went to a landfill.

Even though this was in Florida the garbage was sent to Georgia, my homestate.

They found her there among the tons of garbage to search through.

My heart goes out to all police officers who see what so many subhumans do to the most innocent among us.

No wonder they weep decades later when retelling all of the individual stories involving the murders of children they were involved in.

The emotional scars it caused them then is still with them today, and for always. Like Lt. Kenda says 'they never leave me, and are always there.' :(

Its heartbreaking these predators take so many innocent lives, and most of them throw them away like garbage once they've murdered them. :(

Jmho

That is something to note for future reference, that often trash is sent to other states.

I learned about that in the case of a toddler who was disposed of in Wyoming, but ended up here in Colorado bc we get some of Wyoming’s trash:

Wyoming authorities arrest man in death of toddler believed to be in Colorado landfill – The Denver Post

Has anyone seen any information about when CC was found by LE at the landfill and whether they have been able to pinpoint a time when her remains might have been placed in the dumpster by PS?

Do we know if PS placed the CC remains before or after his bail was met and he was released from jail?

Given the history of PS the more I read the greater my surprise that was was given bond so quickly? Do most people believe this bail option was provided to allow PS to leave jail and give LE the opportunity to follow him? I am just not seeing bail for a viable suspect where early forensic evidence might be present to suggest that PS had contact with CC either in the vehicle or the apt. I am baffled by this entire sequence of events.

Agree and i'm sure LE did everything in their power to find sweet little cupcake, and they did great. A horrible outcome, but at least she was found and can properly be laid to rest.
Some of the other missing child cases i have followed here still have no answers after years of investigation. It's all very sad and with a job that LE does that many of us IMO wouldn't be able to do when it comes to these types of cases. And i'm sure it takes its toll on those who do this type of work as well. All IMO.
I've had to bite my tongue while some bashed LE on here.

I have to tell you, I think they went above and beyond- LE and the FBI, Fire Department, etc- the Chief mentioned all of who helped search for Cupcake- 24 hours a day. It rained heavily one of those days, yet out they all were, trying like heck to find her.

I think they should be commended for how they handled this. I can't think of any reason to criticize any one of them.

Meanwhile, Dulce and many children are still missing, without a trace. This LE was right on the ball and was happy to utilize outside help- no big egos there, which makes me happy to read for a pleasant change. Kudos to all of them, and for the poor person who found her in that dumpster- I hope they get help for that- that had to be a God awful shock and just devastating. People forget, they're humans, too. They see the worst of the worst, things everyone is spared while working jobs that have nothing to do with finding criminals, go shopping, eat your dinner, while these men and women deal with evil varmints of all walks of life on a daily basis.

Agreed on the middle ground and it taking time for a child predator to find theirs. I suspect Stallworth has countless child victims through the years who suffered sexual exploitation and abuse. I also think Brown may have supplied him some ready ones and that may relate to why her own three children were removed from her custody.

I believe Cupcake is Stallworth's first murder victim, and if not his first, then close to it. If I am right and Stallworth is related to Brown's children being removed, it became suddenly more difficult locating victims to abuse in the past year or so. And because of that he has evolved, learning that living children acquainted with him are simply future witnesses whereas a child taken "at random" from off the street and found dead in a dumpster later is a very quiet victim.

One part of me still believes we haven't heard the whole story. I am still stuck on the this thought that it can't have been completely random, the selection of little Cupcake that day. Stallworth and Brown may be strangers to the family, but that doesn't necessarily mean the family are strangers to S and B. SMH IDK, just this strong feeling that there was a reason, it wasn't sheer random dumb luck that led them to choose her. It could be something as simple as a perceived slight in the grocery store or neighborhood gas station by a family member, or some common acquaintance that connects them unbeknownst to the family.

In the father's first interview (I believe) he talks about not being pleased that his children were at the cousin's house because she had only lived there 2 months and had already been into it or had problems with some other people there. If the two arrested have a connection to someone else at Tom Brown, maybe they were after the cousin's 3 year old? Payback on the cousin and got the wrong child? MOO

I am so sorry for your loss.
Thankyou. And i know there are posters on WS that have been through the loss of a child as well, so we know that it's a very difficult path a parent has to travel.
I hope Kamille's family and loved ones have all the Love & support they need to help them through this nightmare. And by the looks of things many people that never knew their baby girl or them also stand in love & support and grieve along with them for their precious child.
My Prayers are with all of them.

Agree completely but how? Why? What’s up with these women?
This is from my own experience....with a relative...Low self-esteem & never feeling confident enough to truly be on their own (without a man). That’s just the start of it....there are so many layers of crap piled on top of it. I could go on & on about this, having been around it. MOO

I think from what i have read LE are still investigating the circumstances of things, so maybe there is more to it in that regard, and i guess time will tell if there is.

This post lands at random.

It is a violation of TOS to discuss orientation/gender. Such posts will be removed.

Do NOT continue to discuss it unless MSM or LE indicate it is directly related to this crime.

If anything this case has taught us about the prevalence of CP.

In fact I’ll bring forward a quote from my notes which is very important re: education about this matter.

ETA:
These are some of my notes but not what I’m looking for: JMO MOO

Notes:
““The arrestees' ranged in age from 20 to 70 years old. Some of their occupations included restaurant employee, firefighter, shipping company employee, small business owner, railroad company employee, store clerk, IT specialist, youth minister, construction worker, graphic designer and students.”

“Authorities say the 59-year-old Jamieson had more than 14.4 million images and videos of children and infants being sexually abused.”

These are all different cases, I’m not posting all of them. This is an epidemic.

“As a result, officials say they discovered the full scope of the operations of the suspects.

"This case shows the full developmental cycle of child predators. They start with possession of child *advertiser censored*. They next move to creating and distributing child *advertiser censored*. Finally, they take the ultimate step to sexually assaulting and even trafficking children. Each act is a link in the chain of misery that is child sexual abuse," Chester County District Attorney Hogan said in a statement.”

—-

You know, I’ve seen a few times now in these articles how LE needed counseling after these cases.

——-

This is what I was looking for:

Here are 5 ways that each of us can bring an end to child sex trafficking.
  1. Education. The more knowledge one has about what child sex trafficking is, the better prepared and equipped one is to stop it. ...
  2. RecognizeThe Signs. ...
  3. Report Any Suspicions. ...
  4. Raise Awareness. ...
  5. Take Action.

[...]

He added that investigators have not found any prior connections between the suspects and McKinney’s family.
Thanks @PommyMommy! That addresses the question I had about the candy, which was mentioned early on then disappeared in newer articles. So they were handing out candy to kids at Tom Brown Village that day according to the kids. Which explains why LE never issued a warning to parents about it - they already had the two in custody. And why LE never issued warnings about dangerous predators trying to lure kids.

And that brings me full circle back to why Cupcake was taken and not her cousin. I can only think that the cousin stopped following PS and DB once they were out of range on the CCTV. So it may have been an abduction of convenience - they got Cupcake close enough to the SUV to grab her and put her in the vehicle.

Ugh, I'm sure the cousin's mother is going through her own hell too. It's so scary to think that it only takes a few seconds for a little one to vanish. Awful, hateful people. I hope we'll be able to read the Probable Cause once they're officially charged.

I believe Alabama is a Grand Jury state for felonies, meaning they can be charged but the GJ has to indict them in order for the prosecution to bring them to trial. I have a feeling that will be a piece of cake...

I am so sorry to hear this. It is frightening, to say the least, when it's close to home. It certainly changes you, I can tell you that much.
