I have always wondered what exactly Mark meant here in the beginning of the video that mom and pop know that Mr. Miller and he have wanted to be very compassionate and for them to understand that no one has been out there to know that no one has disturbed the remains of Caylee.

I also am interested in what if anything was TES allowed to inquire to the defense lawyers when they came to Mr. Nejame's office to review the document regarding what he is talking about here, wanting to be assured where their money to pay his office was coming from appropriate and rightful sources. ( 1 min mark reporter asks him about him wanting the money up front and from verified sources)

So they have the defense saying publicly that TES was nowhere near wherethe remains were found? Does this not pretty much eliminate ANY claims they have on TES searcher records and personal data? I mean all the SA has to do is pull this out at the hearing on 7/15 and prove that the defense has no probable cause or reasonable belief that there is evidence in the TES files, and is simply on a fishing expedition.

Is this CM throwing a hand grenade at JB and his approach to the case to this point?

Yes, he makes every little comment he can and knowing there are open microphones at that. He sure put his foot in on the courthouse steps. It is as if he was strutting around, I am taking over, I'll show these little whiper-snappers how the big boys do it....before he even tried to know what has gone on in the case. He was sooooo far off of the facts if one didn't know he was serious it would have been mistaken for a joke. Mark Nejame is going to hand him his hat and tell him to enjoy his retirement with his family, and good day.

It was sad, tired and pitiful.

If I had a dollar for every comment Cheney makes distancing himself from what was done in this case B.C. (before Cheney), we'd all be on our way to somewhere tropical and truly luxurious, my treat. The inference I draw when he does this is he is letting it be known this was all done without his wise counsel and his experience would have dictated a different approach, he does not endorse it, he will not get on board with it, in fact he has made those type of statements, that he will not be a party to that (alleging impermissible motives on the part of the state he made an overt point on the record that he was not going to go along with), he tries not to laugh aloud as some of it is so far removed from what he would have done, apparently he cannot contain the eye rolling and laughter. Again, it is overt, it is public and yes he is mocking . No question.

I will be so relieved for the TES volunteers on the 15th if as and when the judge puts a final end to this can we go fishing question. Can you imagine how many of them are being newly kind to their ex wives since what happened to Mr. Kronk? Flower sales are up 50%!

I want to make a correction, I fixed it here, but cannot in the original post, I said Judge Strickland, and of course I was referring to the current Judge, Mr. Perry. Mr. Nejame was discussing Melivin Perry.

I am interested to know if Cheney Mason and the defense have seen the TES photos that show the entire area under water. Does anyone have that press conference ( where George stormed in), where Tim and Mark were showing the photos to the press?

Thank you so much Essies! Miller said his group couldn't search where Caylee's remains were later found. "We were close to that body," Miller said. "The water was way too high. … People were in water up to their knees."

Miller said he didn't want to risk pushing the tiny body into the mud or running over the remains.

NeJame said he wanted the truth come out about Caylee and that the news conference was not designed to help the prosecution or the defense.

But if the defense argues the spot was dry when Texas EquuSearch was looking, NeJame said, today's release of information "corroborates that it was, in fact, wet."

Did we ever learn in any news accounts what the big problem was at Mak Nejame's office the day the media was there photographing Cheney and Jose and the accounts were that they only stayed two hours then left?

If they come to the judge with the same old complaint, nothing was organized for us, etc. does he even have to entertain them in oral arguments?
 
I am looking forward to the hearing on the 15th to see what the judge tells the defense about the TES debacle. I never realized the Anthonys thought they could write a letter to Tim and Mark and that they could effectuate getting the records of all the searchers.
The amount of hubris they display is tough to measure!!!

Is the defense still trying to have Mr. Miller certified a material witness?

I am not sure the defense realizes they can depose Mr. Miller with no particular instruction from the court. Mr. Nejame has said all along Mr. Miller is available to do a deposition if they should wish it. Two years later......crickets.

What they are really after is all of the TES searches, whether they were at the airport, Blanchard park, anywhere. Is that right?
