* Gender may not be known until Monday. DNA will take longer. Condition of the remains makes it difficult. Very involved process.
* No evidence to prove it is William. Police have information to suggest it is unlikely to be William but can't rule it out.

The man was seen walking to the west of the town.

He is described as being aged about 60, of Caucasian appearance, average height, lightly built, clean cut and neatly dressed. He was not a local.
Calls to Crime Stoppers have revealed the man was also seen on the highway walking with a suitcase west of Wynarka heading towards Murray Bridge.
