Re: DNA and WAPOL - only have to look at the Dante Arthurs case - his shorts still had the DNA from the little 12yo he had tried to strangle a few years earlier - before Sofia's murder at the Livingston Shopping Centre. WTF are WAPOL even doing !!

I think its highly possible that the chain of custody issues will lead to the evidence being thrown out for some but probably not all the charges. The WAPOL have hardly been trustworthy with other convictions. I think there should be a Royal commission into WAPOL and police officers charged and sentenced if necessary for perjury and perverting the course of justice.

I wonder how many people are sitting in WA gaols for crimes they did not commit. Just look at how long it took the police to link the Karrakatta cemetry rape and abduction to the murders. Its mind boggling how incompetent they were on this. How many abductions in claremont are there? It was obvious to anyone except the police at the time that they were linked. If the CSK gets off because of police incompetence then there needs to be root and branch reform of this organisation.

Critics say some of the reviews were only done on one or unconnected parts of the CSK case decided by the Macro Force.
I'm, curious why they dragged the kimono story out at the press conference announcing the accused arrest, they could have just said we found the suspect who has DNA matching CG, KK and Huntingdale assault.

I think the Kimono was brought out to bring forward possible but as of then unknown victims. Get them wondering if what may have happened to them in the 80's could be relevant to the 'Claremont Girls' in the 90's.

The Kimono/disappearing female clothing events were not known to many or if they were may have thought the police wouldn't have been interested. (valid enough point)

The police waving the Kimono flag gave credence to the importance of any clothing information which might be the opening for another victim to come forward.

The police wouldn't want to add new charges at that stage but the information in a witness statement could be imperative evidence.

I noticed on the story that there's a driver called the Magic Man that is related to the accused via the accused mother's family. It is also the same surname as the accused former work partner at Telstra and friend DF.

This might better explain the speedway connection via a Family interest in speedway racing, which might explain his apparent familiarity with Claremont, and other motor racing sites, maybe even Street racing sites.

It will be interesting to see peoples attitude if he wins an appeal. Will he be classed as wrongfully convicted or some say he was deservingly convicted. The Greek statue of Justice was blindfolded so she couldn't see the bribes, the Brittish one from the 1600s was blindfolded to represent equal justice for Lord or servant.

This version of the killer clown had it's origins in the Stephen King’s It (1990) (Tim Curry as Pennywise the Clown) It did become a craze that had to be curbed by threats of arrest, idiots creeping through peoples gardens and jumping out in dark car parks etc.. Fortunately it didn't start up again with the return of It in 2017.

Actually, it was a different killer clown picture. One from outside the Ghost train ride at the Perth Royal Show at Claremont Showgrounds upon Mr Boudville's facebook.
I don't think he is in the clown suit himself.
I've blocked out his daughter's face.
He was only a witness to seeing Sarah Spiers in South Perth the morning before.
It just goes to show how small coincidences might've show how serendipity works in mysterious ways.
Maybe "Sarah's Ghost" might've been telling him to take the picture, because it's a clue to who is responsible for Sarah's disappearance? Little would he know that someone else was putting a killer clown picture in their facebook at the same time.

I'm awfully concerned about the amount of time BRE has been in jail and not yet "pleaded". This is 2018 and surely it does not take this F long to get into Court. Lawyers/Police/Judges need a rocket! The system totally sucks! People are not accountable - it has been more than a year since his arrest - & people start to believe their own lies. Pathological Liars just have more time to scrutinise and conjure up more F lies. Tomorrow Court 2 a Supreme Court Judge brings down her verdict on Wark's guilt or innocence in the Hayley Dodd murder/mystery....... I have to work tomorrow to pay these F Govt workers salaries so cannot attend (insert angry face). At trial it took over 6 hrs to discuss the butchers till receipt !!! The frustration today is real - a bit like the ODI cricket !!! (rant F over)
