Documents provided by police to the court say Warriena Wright uses her online name Cletus to set up a date with Gable Tostee on mobile
dating app Tinder. They make a date to to meet in Surfers Paradise, the court docuements allege.
8.45pm: CCTV cameras capture Mr Tostee and Ms Wright meeting in Cavill Mall.
8.48pm: Mr Tostee and Ms Wright briefly enter the Surfers Paradise Tavern Beer Garden.
8.58pm: Mr Tostee and Ms Wright enter Avalon Apartments.
9pm – 12.56am: Mr Tostee and Ms Wright drink and socialise inside Avalon Apartment 1404.
12.57am: He says, 'don't go baby please and then asks '...
1.01am - 1.06am: He tells her he has 'IQ of 150...
1.09am: He says they should go to Jupiter's [casino]...
1.16am: After discussing gods, and him saying he is 'Zeus' there is the sound of hitting and he
says 'You have no idea ... English mother *advertiser censored**er. Do you speak it?'
1.26am - 1.29am: He says, 'I should walk you home' and says 'just be nice'. Conversation is calm.
1.32am: He says, 'how about another drink'. She 'denies'...
1.35am: The music stops and she says 'where is my sister's s**t? Where is my *advertiser censored**ing data? Where is my iPhone'
and they have a heated conversation about her phone, her stuff, his saying she has been beating him up.
1.38am: She says 'I am going to call the police' to which he responds, 'how are you going to call the police without your phone'.
1.39am: He says, 'your phone must be out of battery ... it must be out on the balcony ... you have had too much to drink'.
She says, 'I am gone. I will be out of your hair, see you later.'
1.41am: He asks if they 'can sit down and discuss this' and asks her to 'stay the night'...
The conversation calms down and they discuss money, Greek gods and mythology.
1.47am - 1.49am: She says she did not used to be a believer and he says with his vodka she is a believer.
She asks to look at the balcony and he warns her not to jump.
He states, 'people with white coats are going to come in' and says that she would jump off the balcony and that he
is totally flattered that his vodka has had that effect on her.
1.40 - 1.50am: While she goes to the toilet, he whispers into the recording device, 'God help me - **** ... *****'.
1.52am: He asks her if she got the photos he sent her 'our balcony photos' and says 'you are so much more drunker than me I need to catch up'.
Drinks are poured and he says 'that is like vodka on the rocks - that is yours'. Sound of more drink getting poured and he says 'try that, it tastes better'
1.56am: She says 'that is horrible. I am going to leave that there'.
1.56-2.03am: There is the sound of more drinks getting poured.
2.05-2.07am: He tells her to 'chill out' Possible pouring of more drinks. Asks her again if she is hungry. They talk about penis size.
2.10.50am: Sounds of a struggle begin, after which he says she is 'insane'.
Over the next few minutes the argument gets worse and at 2.13am the sounds of a struggle are interspersed with his swearing and her saying 'OK, it is all good' while she sounds out of breath.
It is during the 10 minutes leading up to 2.21am that he calls her a 'god damn psycho' twice and there are further sounds of the struggle.
In an outline of submissions for the Crown case, the alleged facts say that at 2.17am, after he tells her 'get up, get up' and she says,
'I am so sorry', 'there are sounds consistent with the deceased being held down and her airway restricted. Her breath is clearly laboured.

.... This is where it comes to mind is he enforcing her to give oral sex to him ?
First he asked her if she is hungry between 2.05-2.07 AM and then is the talk about penis size and in a few seconds the sounds of Struggle have started
at 2.10 AM? Is this perhaps the reason why her breath and airway are restricted??
