The video of him showing the policewoman where the car drove is here. William Tyrrell's foster grandmother's neighbour still CERTAIN he saw boy on day he vanished | Daily Mail Online See especially from about 5:00: he has crossed the road and shows where the cars came around, driving from the south, ie from the direction of Benaroon Drive.

<modsnip>

Had he reported all of this in a timely manner the police could have reconstructed what he claims that he saw and determined the feasibility of his story.

I appreciate your thoughtful reply and agree!

the meat and potatoes of it is this...
'Lindsay' is most likely in another foster home.

While....her mother and little brothers are homed together.
Her mother has stated she wants her daughter.

The question remains...as overly 'simplistic' as it seems .....
If the department can not see it fit for lindsay to live with her mother.....why are those boys??

It really is black and white. She is fit to care for children or she isn't.

It’s actually not that black and white, it’s about what is best for the child, it’s complex, there would be intersecting factors to consider, it takes time and FACS don’t just put a child into a home they have possibly never lived in, with a parent they may see for an hour, monthly (IMO), plus a whole range of support services need to be involved and agreed upon. Also, and this is not related to William sorry, however during covid many bio parents weren’t able to see their children at all, but I won’t even start on how unfair that decision has been IMO

For those who cannot access this article, it is a piece written about BS' lawsuit against the State of NSW.

BS is claiming that "his arrest and ultimate prosecution on the historical sexual assault matters was inspired or energised by Mr Jubelin’s role as the lead investigator in relation to the William Tyrrell disappearance" and that someone in the police force notified the media of BS' arrest in order to embarrass him or cause him harm.

The judge had read a draft statement (doesn't say by who) and presumes that the State of NSW will deny that Jubes or anyone in his command informed the media of the upcoming arrest.

So the judge is allowing the defence (the State of NSW) to call Jubes to the stand, if they want to.

The trial commences today.

(ETA: The draft statement that the judge read could have been a draft statement by Jubes, as the state had last week requested that they be allowed to rely on a statement by Jubes, and the judge said yes.)

miss marple...yes I fully appreciate everyones opinions and thoughts and reasonings about this.

The point is......BM is fit to have custody of her children or she isn't.

Meanwhile her daughter is now in yet a new strangers home.(we assume)
Which flies hypocritically parallel to the bbm from your statement.
so... its ok for her to be in an actual strangers home with people she doesnt know??
Rather than with family she does indeed know and deserves to be reunited with if all parties wish.

Because this is the point of my posts.

I would really like to know if my suspicions are right or not.
Because if williams sister wants to live with her bio family...the department is really failing her by keeping her in foster care.

This is my opinion and it is black and white . Doesnt have to be for anybody else.

His story had to be told IMO - in case any other person supported his testimony.

HS was driving to Bingo that day, we know she was undergoing treatment for cancer - so she may have been wearing a wig or head covering at the time. Not all cancer treatments induce hair loss - so this is speculative on my part.

I have not seen a photo of HS - or found a msm article which states which car she drove to bingo that day.

In the GJ trial, PS complained that there was residue on his car that would not come off ( from forensic testing). Given that PS was under intense scrutiny for some time - I think that both cars owned by PS and HS would have been tested by LE.

Could this have been HS driving PS's car to bingo?

PS owned a Mitsubishi Pajero. WS quotes the colour as silver. GJ was suspicious of this car as it was similar in colour to the FF Landcruiser Discovery.

No, way back in the threads its has been established that HS took her own car to Bingo - a marroon /burgandy sedan ....

PS Pajero was of interest to GJ in case William mistook it as FF Car ..... as FF car was grey / green metallic
PS car was forensically examined.

PS had planned to pick his brother up that day from Hospital, in Casino, and would have needed his own car ...
PS has been ruled out, as at the time Police estimate William went missing PS was on the phone according to phone records as per Det. Beacroft at the inquest .... he also saw Heather off to Bingo not long after that ....

Det Sgt Beacroft confirmed Mr Savage's statement that he went for a walk, came home, went inside, attempted to make a phone call to his brother at Casino Hospital at 9.02am, had breakfast outside on his patio and then made another phone call to his brother at Casino Hospital at 9.59am, where he spoke to him for eight minutes.

"The second call being a bit longer because he likely got on to his brother," Mr McGorey said.

BBM l highly doubt Jubelin ever said that!

ABC News has printed this paragraph about the proceedings today. The rest of the article is just a regurgitation of Spedding's lawyer's accusations from yesterday (and from when the lawsuit was first announced) - which sounds like he maybe repeated today in court.

Mr Spedding told the court on Tuesday in the aftermath of the investigation he had high anxiety, found it hard to concentrate and suffered from low moods.
"When it was all going on it was quite depressing, very depressing," he said.
Former William Tyrrell suspect says police used 'hopeless' case to 'punish' him, court told

I dare say having to put up with messages like this would be very depressing.....

The court was played a series of abusive phone messages left on Mr Spedding's answering machine in 2015 and 2016, which included multiple death threats.

In the calls made by anonymous men, he was repeatedly called a "*advertiser censored***** paedophile" and one man said "we all know you've got [William]".

From thread 48 on WS there are questions as to whether PS's Pajero was white. From later threads it is listed as silver.

GJ said the Pajero was similar to the FF Landrover discovery.
I think perhaps the "metallic white" caused some confusion, as in some photographs it appears white, while in other photographs it appears silver ..... IIRC???

A little like FGM car is reported as "silver" but in photographs it appears grey to me......

In Caroline Overington's book it is recorded as a White Pajero Pg. 24 Missing William Tyrrell
imo

I'm sure it was.

Could be like watching a preview of the foster parents situation, if they are innocent.

So far, the parallels have been uncanny.

Right almost exactly the same. If he is successful, l think Laidlaw maybe looking at a similar case against him. Interesting that he goes on about how his life has been effected, mental health, financially etc but never mentions losing custody of the kids? Maybe he isn’t allowed to mention them?
