yes, that first investigating policeman seemed to have formed a bond with the family and super sensitive to their distress, then he retired.
the sex crimes squad were right onto it though and im sure with at least 20 sex offenders in that close proximity in kendall, youre immediate concern would be paedophiles!
THE homicide squad took over the investigation into the disappearance of William Tyrrell shortly after he went missing but are still not completely convinced the three-year-old is dead.

‘‘Although we have grave concerns for William’s welfare, until we have conclusive evidence that William is deceased, we will be keeping our minds open to all possibilities including that he could be alive,’’ investigators said.
