Have you ever met someone that just made you feel like you needed to RUN the other way?
That's how this guy is. It is just like having Satan standing next to you. Overwhelming evil feeling.

On the rare occasions I've been in the same building with him I won't let go of my children. :twocents:
I'm not the only one, most people feel that way about him. We have nothing to base it on but instinct.

Wow! Yeah I've had that inkling in my gut about people before. ESPECIALLY at the casino or at concerts/BARS. It becomes overwhelming sometimes with some - that gut feeling of "something just AIN'T right here, Batman. Hide your kids!" This person you are describing sounds like one of those to stay away from in any place at any time.

Also, As a fellow desert buddy, I get "instincts" driving through the desert here in Palm Desert/Thousand Palms area.... And I can sense almost on the primal level many of the people out there. I can feel a timer dinging when I drive by an area that just looks like a killing field or a deserted area where an immigrant (that could have unfortunately expired due to heat exhaustion after crossing the Mexico/CA border) was buried by those trying to smuggle them across in a makeshift grave.

In Arizona, when I lived there, that gut feeling hit like an SAR dog exponentially more than here in Thousand Palms.... Then again I'm near a military base (thank goodness) and most of the land is used for tactical training and covered daily and extensively by marines (semper fI)....but Arizona.... :shivers: don't even get me started with the number of abductions/human-sex trafficking that occur there.

BUMP- please please let us find something, our Princess needs our help!

I have mapped the area Tia was found to Tonopah. Over a 4 hour drive if you have to take the route north of the valley. However! Shorter drive and route if you are going through the east valley route.... Which leads into the central area that concerns me.... Specifically east valley/Mesa area.

I'm thinking scenario 1: that the suspect lives in between where her belongings were found in West PHX and where she was found in the mountains east of PHX. So that leaves me with whoever is involved being from the East Valley/Mesa/Gilbert/Tempe area

or

from near a remote area near where her belongings were found in the wash like the Gila Reservation maybe? But if don't think this criminal would dispose of her belongings close to their residence. So that puts me back with scenario 1.

With all due respect, I have seen many times that suspects dispose of their victims belongings closer to their home or area they frequent. They prefer to be near the evidence/victims belongings... Much like Alexis Murphy's cellphone being found near the property of her abductor. They typically leave the victim further from the area they frequent or live. So the belongings or "souvenirs" stay closer to residence and the victim left further from residence.

A famous French criminalist stated once that a suspect always takes something from the victim and leaves something with the victim.

Her ring was left near her body, but her other belongings were taken and left 4 hours west in a more rural area from the reports you posted. Thank you for those by the way.

Furthermore, her belongings being left separate from her body and NOT DESTROYED signals to me that the suspect doesn't want those Items destroyed and seeks to salvage a piece of the victims identity ... and the suspect psychologically feels a connection to those items and seeks to visit them - since visiting the body would possibly bring suspicion upon the suspect.

It makes me wonder just how close she was to her murderer. Seems like a very personal assault and disposal.

Baby Hope case gave me some hope indeed

22 years is a long time and they caught the *advertiser censored*.

Never give up

PI,
I am so happy to see you here!! THANK YOU!! I completely agree with what you are saying here about Tia possibly being close to her murderer... I can't explain it but I FEEL it in my heart... that she knew this person or someone she knew is connected to all this. I also agree with your earlier statement about Tia's case not receiving the attention it should have... sadly, I believe this to be true even now. This has been heavier on my heart and mind this past weekend... I have a feeling something is coming... maybe it is wishful thinking, but I just feel as though something is going to change very soon.
BUMP BUMP BUMP!!!!!! q4ceo... I will NEVER give up hope!!

:bump:

I they can find this A-Hole soon. I just found out about this and I'm sorry to hear about it. I wish I had something to help you heal, but I'm at a loss for words.

My deepest sympathy to you WH...

While I have read most and understand you & Tia's father do not speak, given she had lived with him, why didnt he report her missing at some point? One would think they had remained in some kind of contact?? I would think things would trigger him to do something!

Anyway, have an opinion of where the answer lies, probably as others...God Bless, may Tia receive justice soon...

It's so beyond odd to myself in these days of cell phones, etc that not one friend, noone reported her missing, just sends up lots of red flags that it's in her inner circle.....jmo

How does a 18, 19 yr old go missing for 2 years and not one person reports it? That is just beyond bizarre to me.....

Apparently, the police need to start interviewing ppl as based on what I've read much of nothing has been done.

Steely Dan and Straitfan,
Thank you so much for your condolences... I have to say you both have hit on questions I have had the whole time... There is so much I do not understand. However, I do know firsthand, how issues within ourselves or our lives can cause us to not do what we should do... I just pray that someone will come forward because they know it is the right thing to do... regardless of any fear they may have. It can be a scary thing I understand, but there is a quote that says:
"Those who choose not to empathize enable real monsters, for without ever committing an act of outright evil ourselves we collude with it through our apathy."
Tia deserves her justice!!

I don't post here much, more of a lurker. But this case really got to me. WH, you mentioned Tia received a per capita check, what tribe is she from? Is it on your side or father's side? I live on a reservation, and I know most tribes that have enterprises where tribal members receive checks, might be in a financial position to maybe offer services for a missing enrolled tribal member.

Also, any chance you have looked into hiring a private investigator? It seems like you need someone who can speak to all these people on your behalf without it being you. If it's cost prohibitive, maybe that is something the tribe might help with. It's a longshot, but anything is worth looking into.

Hello EvilPixie,
We are from the Yavapai Apache Nation... I doubt they would help with investigation issues but it's worth asking. They are helping me cover her grave marker and service expenses... I hope to have one soon as soon as her marker is finished. I agree we need a PI on this... you know, because of this, my youngest daughter has decided she is going to pursue a PI career... I have said from the beginning, I KNOW this will be solved and I still believe that. My heart has peace most of the time, but there are moments when the pain and anger overcome... I am trusting in God's timing and I know it will come to pass!! Thank you for posting!

I know Disappeared has done TV shows on those who have been found

Maybe Wildheart48 can convince the producers to do a show about her.

National TV is a lot of eyes. The more eyes on this the better.

Bumping for Tia. So many Native women go missing or are victims of unsolved murders. She and so many others deserve justice!

BUMP!!!! I just want to say that I have received news that there is a new detective on Tia's case. The previous detective is no longer with the County Office. I am holding on to faith and am hopeful that the "new guy" will bring results!! ;)
