If Jacques is willing to pay for those sex machines for a grand then a hidden camera that can be placed in any room is easier to purchase. Janet says her husband, Mike Bennett had told Cassandra about Jacques being a ROS. Also said Brooke went often to her cousins house. Says they spoke often with Brooke about the situation with Jacuqes.

I think the only reason he has a nice house is he bought it when anybody with a pulse could get a mortgage (5 yrs ago). His knowledge of computers seems to be lacking as well. Remember, he handed police the laptop that contained all those emails.
