Okay, from what I've read the arraignment's been postponed till May 11th.

I just found this link that says it WAS suffocation.. unbelievable!

Pat Nelson. “After her third or fourth version of events, we knew she wasn’t telling the truth, and we able to determine what happened,” Nelson said. “At this point, we believe she acted alone.”

Nothing new in this article but I don't remember seeing that her brother made a statement after her arrest last Thursday:

Barker's brother, Nick, told The Associated Press after her arrest last Thursday that she says the child's death was an accident, but she didn't tell him what happened
