I just want to say that I am incredibly sure that there is so much more to this case that we don't know. There is evidence and samples and interviews and observations that are all gathered and just waiting for the final piece of the puzzle. The investigators, who have reportedly been working so hard on this case that they have been forced to take days off, are not clueless. They aren't at a loss. They just don't have enough to find her or solve this disappearance yet. I can only imagine what they know.

And, I emailed the journalist, Joe Rodriguez, who wrote the article referring to the "kidnappers, if there are any" to ask him whose words those are. I asked him if they are the reporter(s) words or from LE. I'm sure I won't get a response, but I just wanted to ask him because it's so passive aggressive and goes against everything that investigators have been saying about this case since they declared that she wasn't a runaway. If those words are just the writer's opinion, it should be stated. There has to be some form of journalistic responsibility and accountability, even in this fast past world of internet news.

You might get an answer...I had some replies from reporters on this case, but never helpful ones...

LE has been saying they "believe Sierra was abducted"...but they also have been saying they do not have evidence of a crime. So it is possible they do not know for sure what happened, even at this late date.

I clearly need to stop and take some time and organize the binder worth of notes I have on this case at this point.... But, in the meantime, I know there has been some talk about a few other girls who were very similar to Sierra in looks and stature. Christina Williams is one for sure. I am thinking I had 2 others written down, and now it's just escaping me. Obviously these would be open cases still.

If this help Sarx, here are some articles I've saved.

In that second pic the sun is streaming in through a window, looks like through blinds. IIRC, the sun would not have been that far up at 7:00 am that morning.

IMO

So do we know what time the sun was up? At 7 am at this time of year, is it still dark?

I went back and read the original article, and to me, it looks like the sentence, There's no telling what Sierra's kidnappers, if there are any, or reluctant witnesses might do if they knew how close investigators were getting is the reporter's impression from talking with Cardoza. The sentence isn't prefaced or followed with "he said", so no attribution to Cardoza, and it doesn't have quote marks around it. So I think these are indeed the reporter's words. The article also seems to contain a lot of attributed facts and quotes and seems pretty well-written as opposed to some others.

In the same article by Joe Rodriquez, the reporter states that the DNA finding that was brodcast by a tv station Wednesday was unverified. Many here questioned its validity because it wasn't reported in multiple places. More evidence of bad reporting, I guess.

Given the attention the case has drawn, hoaxes and cruelty were bound to emerge. On Wednesday morning, a rumor broke out in the volunteer center that DNA evidence had been found. A television crew broadcast the tidbit without verification.

I emailed the reporter too, and asked about the DNA and the other bit..."if there are any"...will post if he replies.

download the photo and then right-click and go to properties it should have all the meta-data .. might only work on photos that haven't been uploaded to the internet already not sure

I have a Mac though. There's no right-click.

Did I miss something in here ? I never saw a post stating a Last name of Sierra's B/F ? Since he should be a minor I don't think that is allowed.

Sunrise 7:16 am. SO the pic was not taken that morning. Unless it was taken later, which I doubt.

Did I miss something in here ? I never saw a post stating a Last name Rodriquez as Sierra's B/F . Hmmmmm

oh.. I think that it's twitter gossip. IMO: couple lonely females who get no attention.... Create fake accounts.. Rodriquez account included, is a fake.

Here is the account...

IMO .. Nothing but the fake tweet of the week..

"This site provides an opportunity for families, law enforcement agencies and investigators to search nationwide for missing persons using a variety of powerful search features. Anyone may search the database, but by registering in the system both law enforcement professionals and the general public will also be able to:

-Add new missing persons cases
-Add physical and circumstantial details, photographs, dental contacts and other critical pieces of information to a case

-Create and print missing persons posters
-Track multiple cases as information is added to the system

With your help, we can increase the number of missing persons cases solved each year providing closure for families and law enforcement officials nationwide."

Above BBM for most specific emphasis that it is the general public who are able to not only enter a person into the NamUs system but also have full access to enter details such as clothing.. not only are the general public able to enter such critical details but also are able to edit/change those details solely at the general public's discretion...

WoW that for me totally takes away any validity as far as relying on NamUs for any type facts whatsoever in a missing person case..

(The link posted above in the quote will take you to a WS sticky thread that encourages members to enter missing person cases and has more info and links about NamUs.gov)

The other thing I found about this site, I didn't like was it wasn't updated. I started making a list from there and then searched news articles or facebook accounts and found a lot on that sight aren't missing anymore. It was quite frustrating.

Thanks! No that pic could not have been taken that morning she went missing.

I'm confused. Are you talking about the picture with her tongue sticking out and if so why do you not think it was taken that morning?

Sorry to quote myself, but, IMO a young boy would not be reading WS...but I guess I am wrong about this one... He certainly sounds angry at WS for some reason.. I wonder what lies he is referring to...

That is a real good question you ask ? I know if people were saying stuff about me that we're not true I proably would feel the same way.

Info from video:
-Danielle confirms that the photo Of Sierra in Sharks shirt/with tongue out is the photo Sierra snapped/sent the morning of Friday, 3/16.
-the method used to locate sierra's phone was by tracking its electrical ping(I have further comments on this detail)
-Sierra's whereabouts on the weekend prior to her abduction(3/9, 10,11) were in Fremont. CF, a friend and classmate from WashingtonHS is interviewed in the video and she states that it was her bday that weekend and that Sierra was with her celebrating her bday and that Sierra was upbeat and happy when they(CF and other friends from Fremont) last spent time with her less than a week before her disappearance.
