I think telling the truth was much harder for her than telling lies. She'd been telling "mis-truths" for soo long that they became second nature to her. I think she would have to stop and think about how to tell the truth like you or I would have to stop and think of how to compose a believable lie.

Maybe the escort searches were done by GA looking for Casey. Since it seems that he was onto her lies, maybe he had an inkling or found something that set his very own hinky-meter buzzing???

After reading the im's between KC and TonE, I'm wondering if KC poisioned something in that house, thinking G and C would get a hold of it and Caylee got into something by mistake. It looks to me that G and C were the targets.

So she's told Amy and TonE that her folks are moving out, but no mention of Caylee leaving too.But we know she wanted out of her mommy duties and more time with her man.
Maybe this is why she was telling people that Cindy had threatened to take custody of Caylee?
So if the three of them disappear, she can say that they took Caylee because KC is such a good mom that the courts would never remove Caylee from her care, so the A's took her and ran.
I have so many possible scenarios running through my mind atm, but one thing I know for sure is that KC is one very sick, twisted individual.

She could deal with that pesky missing kid issue later. At that moment she just wanted to be with the person she loved more than anyone....ever. The guy she'd only known for a month.

IMO, you guys maybe should take a step back and look at who we are talking about. You are applying logical rational planning skills to the woman who killed her kid, carried her body in her trunk long enough to leave a foul odor, lied about where she was, 31 days later got tracked down, and her story was imaginanny.
I could believe Casey would think it was okay to tell people her parents were moving out, then off them and expect no one to be suspicious. This kind of planning that might make even a little bit of sense, not likely. :blowkiss:

If you go by KC's cell phone pings it looks like they went to Mall of Millenia on the 11th not the 12th and she was at TL in the afternoon of the 12th. The only reason I question this is KC mentions the 'nanny' in the IM on the 12th. She also mentions 'she is trying to get every girl she knows to come out' for the next night which coincides with the messages she was leaving on Myspace that night.

This is also the same day there is a search on the computer at 11:15pm for -Zenaida Fernandez/Jacksonville, Fl --Zenaida Gonzalez/age 25.

If KC was at TL's that afternoon and she did use the 'nanny' what happened to Caylee in this time frame and was the first time she used the 'nanny'?

Am I reading this correctly? I had been under the impression the computer searches for ZFG were done prior to Caylee's missing but there are posts disputing that on the MythBusters thread (post #7.)

IMO, Caylee was drugged to sleep. that's how I read it.

Sorry but that guy TOny is a real jerk. I hate guys like that. Now I know he is young, but he was dating a single mom and he showed no interest in her REAL life and no concern over her child. LOSER. IMO

I am in no way defending casey.........however, when i was a young single mother, (i had my son at 17). I purposely did not bring my child around boyfriends. I kept my dating life and my mommy life seperate. I was young, and playing the field, I had several dates, and flings. I did not want to bring my child around every single guy I dated. When I knew i was serious enough with my husband, then i slowly brought him into my son's life. My son was 5. What was funny though, the first night i had him meet my son, my son ask him..."Are you going to be my daddy?" i was so embarrassed. we were serious, but it was not marriage serious yet...lol. I guess it won my husband over, because we have been together 16 years now...lol. Anyways, my son is now 22 and dating a girl with 2 kids. he did not go around them for a long time. i thought it was funny, because i always joked with my son about saying that...he told me, that one of her son's asked him the same question...lol payback..haha..............back on topic..i don't find it highly unusual to start a relationship with just the two adults. The family thing comes later

You're right. I was looking at the wrong date.

Anyway, June 13, George had his mini stroke and two days later Cindy was divorcing him, problem of excuses to give Tony and Amy solved.

Forgive me if this has been said, but I've been gone for the last few days...

I can see KC wanting to off the G and C, but she obviously never succeeded.

At one point in one of the later pages of the transcript, she tells him that she feels uncomfortable having him over as long as they're "staying here."

That choice of words really jumped out at me. You don't say that about the homeowners of the house you're living in as a dependent, and KC was a dependent, for all intents and purposes.

I think KC had a lot of friends who were more independent than she had the ability to be, without a job, etc. Maybe she started a relationship with this guy under false pretenses (on which her life was built) and part of that was that the As' home was HER house, and her parents were living with her during a life change or during construction on their new home, etc.

Here she is with a good fake job and the ability to hire a fake nanny. It seems like a fake deed would go along with that. If she did tell the truth about living at home, then what would the reasoning be? KC was a major self-aggrandizer and there is nothing particularly exciting about living at home with Ma and Pa. Nothing necessarily wrong with it, either, but it doesn't seem to fit in with the exciting life KC built for herself.

They seem to have some mutual friends and that makes this implausible. I just find that one comment very odd, and if she had the heinous gnads to off her little girl, then why would she procrastinate against killing G and C? Did she need help and couldn't find someone who was willing? Did she feel she had to kill Caylee first, as part of her plan, because her live-in babysitters would no longer be able to care for her after she killed them? Who WAS in line to inherit the house? I'd imagine it'd be Lee. Was he next? Dear goodness.

It all sounds crazy, but such is this case.

I guess I was starting to think this was just a stupid little lie turned big, and that surely she wouldn't start the messy ordeal of killing her parents, but then I remembered Amy. She was getting led down the fake-house path, too. Are they simultaneous victims of the same dumb lie? Did Amy and TonE talk and Amy was all "What? I'm so going to be your roomie!" The time-frame is off, I think, but you get the gist.

I'm not even sure any of that made sense. Tylenol PM-induced thoughts. I should have warned y'all in retrospect.

It has long been my belief that the chloroform was meant for George and Cindy.

I think Casey was planning to use it on them while they slept, unaware in bed, to knock them out. Then, with both of the parents rendered unconcious, she may have attempted the neck-breaking, thinking the police would never suspect someone of Casey's size capable of taking on 2 other adults with that kind of physical violence.

She may have planned to stage the house to look like a robbery... and/ or planned to have Caylee 'kidnapped' from the house the same time the parents were murdered by the 'intruder(s)'.

Perhaps, she hoped the 'friends' of the 'nanny' would be the prime suspects in the murder of her parents/ kidnapping of her daughter?

No matter what, I believe Casey planned to use the chloroform on her parents as they slept.

My opinion only, of course.

I also believe Casey killed Caylee in a fit of rage turned revenge before she had the 'opportunity' to use the chloroform on her parents, thus messing up her plans of murdering her parents, and possibly Caylee, in the same night.

Casey seemed determined to get that house AND her freedom.

She already had the chloroform... she was just waiting for the guts and opportunity to use it on Cindy and George.

My opinion only, of course.

You know...we don't really KNOW what was ACTUALLY going on in that house...It is possible, although unlikely, that Cindy had said something like "I am leaving! I am done paying the bills. George get the heck out and Casey-make the payments and you can have this house! I am finished being sucked dry by ALL of you and I want out!" She may have even given a date for this dissolution to occur...with Cindy-it is SO hard to say!

If not, then Casey was either planning to have the place to herself due to their vacation...HEY! Maybe that was what THE fight was about! Maybe they were ruining her plans with Tony by NOT going out of town and taking Caylee with them and also ruined her Puerto Rico trip at the same time-by busting her up on some of the credit card theft.???

The "boss" comment brings to mind gansta speak. A theme that seems to be present throughout her time with TL and the Fusian crew. I think this shows Caylee was around that influence a lot.

Could be...but I think Caylee claiming to be the "boss" came from GA. GA has stated Caylee was the boss of the house several times. GA has also told KC she was the "boss" in the jail house visit.

nahh "boy" is a term of endearment, part of the myspace crowd vernacular. it's used very playfully in this situation. Imagine Madonna saying it and you can get the idea....

Maybe Casey hoped that by telling pitiful tales about her parents some boyfriend would off one or both of them for her? Speculation: "Ohhhh, my brother molested me as a child and I told my mother and she wouldn't do anything about it...wahhhhh..." or "My Daddy physically abused me...."

not something the average "" would contemplate. we really aren't that gullible! when it comes to rescuing that damsel in distress out there, we tend to draw the line at assult and battery.
